Στα μαθήματα γιόγκα εστιάζαμε κάθε φορά σε ένα διαφορετικό μέρος του σώματος, κάτι που φανερώνει γνώση, μεράκι και τα κάνει πολύ ενδιαφέροντα. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και τα retreats, αλλά και τα μαθήματα γιόγκα, είναι για όλους τους συμμετέχοντες μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία!

⭐️Tropical Soul Retreats was definitely one of the best experiences in my life! From the very beginning I felt the positive energy and the good vibes and somehow I knew that this trip will be amazing! The welcome detox drinks and the homemade dinner was an excellent example of how amazing the hospitality was! And that was just the beginning! ⭐️ The different kinds of yoga sessions along with meditation was the best way to start or end the day! Special thanks to Rallou (yoga instructor) who added an extra sparkle to the whole experience! She paid attention on every detail and adjusted the yoga sessions in a way to meet everyone’s needs! I have tried different kinds of yoga in the past and after practicing yoga with Rallou, all I have to say is that I finally found what I was looking for!! ⭐️Special thanks to Riki for the breathing sessions ; they were very interesting, informative and relaxing at the same time! Thank you for making everyone feel so welcome in the ahoy surf house! Such a beautiful place to stay! ⭐️Surfing sessions was definitely the highlight of every day and I enjoyed it so much! I loved the walk in the forest, watching the sunset while having picnic, connect with nature and share special moments with beautiful people! I enjoyed each and every moment of this retreat and I am so grateful for everyone I met throughout those days! I felt so energetic, relaxed and calm afterwards and I am looking forward to do more retreats in tropical destinations and share beautiful moments together! ⭐️ A Big THANK YOU to Rallou and Riki who made this retreat a unique and memorable experience!!?‍♀️??‍♀️

It was an unexpected reconnection with myself! As a holistic wellness curator sometimes I feel a little bit emptiness as time pass not tiredness but emptiness. I didn’t expect that yoga and surf would fulfill this gap. The truth is that all the team in that retreat taught me the culture and the experience of surf and yoga through the lessons. It was like a ritual celebration of life. I feel blessed meeting Rallou and Riki and can’t wait meeting them again next year.. or sooner cross my fingers! ♥️??

Unique experience as I was a first time surfer! professional and guided surfing classes; variety of yoga classes customised to the group and individual needs; amazing meditation and breathing sessions. Team spirit, fun and friendly atmosphere were the highlights of the retreat.
