Lovely hotel, very clean, every single member of staff has been generous, professional and genuinely friendly. Great location for exploring the island.

Although staff is friendly and trying hard, and despite decent amenities, we were unpleased by the quality of the beds (2 single beds put together), the very small bathroom and the cleanliness upon arrival. Noise was also a problem (paper thin walls, loud fridge, cleaning activity outside our door starting very early each morning, dogs barking outside every night)

Choosing this hotel proved to be the BEST decision we've made! Every single person of the staff were absolutely wonderful, the nicest people and have done everything to make sure we're pleased! The hotel is very clean at all times, room service is amazing, 24/7 reception if you need it, great pool & bar (awesome cocktails!), wonderful spa and the location is excellent. We had everything super near by - ATM, supermarket, British Surgery clinic with the sweetest staff, pharmacy, Castello restaurant that was incredible, Helga's car rental, EVERYTHING! We rook a room that's pretty small but perfect for our needs, HUGE bed, the shower/bathroom was a little small but not a big deal. Regarding the hotel staff I do have to specifically mention Aris, we fell in love with him the first minute we met. He truly made the difference between a great vacation and an AMAZING vacation! He welcomed us perfectly, took a map and helped us plan the perfect trip for us considering the time we had there, invited us to a trial-run chef dinner at the hotel that was for sure the best fine dining meal we've ever had, and at our last morning there before we left he brought us a gift - a bottle of wine that he personally made! We've never felt so VIP but at the same time it felt like family. We literally got back home and said we miss him. Thank you Palma Boutique for the best vacation ee could ever ask for! ?

The staff are outstanding- the standard of service is some of the best i have ever experienced. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors have a basic construction flaw. When you turn on the light inside, anyone outside can see you sitting on the toilet. Highly problematic.

We booked in this amazing hotel for us, friends and family who were attending our wedding. Every single person of the group was super happy to be staying in this hotel. Beside the clean and neat rooms, hotel amenities from pool and surrounding garden, front terrace where you can spend the whole day without getting bored. Nearby beach access, central location and quite at the same time. The staff took our stay to a high different level, they made sure to fulfill all our demands, always smiling and ready for help, they even anticipate help, by knowing each guest what he might be wanting. A really big thanks for the owner to have such a great staff, location and hotel. It would be definitely my first hotel choice when I come back to corfu.

Check in was smooth and quick. Parking for the car was down a little dirt road but secured with an electronic access gate. We ate a dinner buffet, breakfast buffet, and had cocktails at the pool bar. Food was good, but not excellent, if you are looking for an all inclusive option this is it, although if you are hunting for the better meals on the island, it would be wise to try some other restaurants off site. We also received a massage which they managed to fit us in last minute and it was nice, quiet, and relaxing. I recommend staying here for a couple days.

Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very clean, the staff are the most friendly and the breakfast food was consistently good. We stayed here for 1 week in September. The hotel has a fabulous spa which we used one of the days. Jacuzzi etc was off limits die to COVID which is to be expected! We ate at the pool bar a few days, the food was always tasty and the pool staff are so accommodating. Free towels available at the pool from 11 am each day. We also sampled the cocktail menu in the hotel which again was fantastic. Would highly recommend renting a boat for a day which can be arranged with the tourist information next door to the hotel. We also rented a car from 'fair deal' in Dassia, prices were very reasonable and so useful to get around the island. Especially as when we were there we had some rainy days so it's nice to have the option to explore, and there is free private parking to the rear of the hotel. Dassia can be quiet in the evening so for more food and entertainment options Ipsos is about 2km away, so would recommend going there some evenings.

Super friendly staff, the service was really good. The hotel has a nice vibe and nice pool to hang around. Beach is a few minutes away by walk. The staff accepted our offer to reschedule our stay to a future date when our flights got cancelled, without any extra charges, which was very helpful of them.
