★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ κακη εμπειρια απο το συνεργειο, πηγα για ελεγχο ενα μεταχειρισμενο FIAT , μου ειπαν για δυο πιθανα προβληματα αλλα δεν ειδαν αλλα τα οποια ηταν εμφανη ακομα και απο καποιον οχι τοσο εμπειρο.Το αποτελεσμα να πληρωσω μετα την αγορα του αυτ/του πανω απο 1000 ευρω για προβληματα τα οποια επρεπε να τα ειχαν δει και πιθανον να μην αγοραζα το αυτ/το.Δεν γινεται να μην βλεπεις λαδια που τρεχουν απο το φιλτρο η οτι η κρεμαγερα εχει πλοβλημα η οτι τα αμορτισερ θελουν αλλαγμα .Πολλοι ασχετοι και οχι επαγγελματιες και πληρωσα και 62 ευρω για τον υποτιθεμενο ελεγχο.
Very bad experience from the workshop, I went to check a used FIAT, they told me about two possible problems but they did not see but which were obvious even from someone not so experienced. The result to pay after the purchase of this / more than 1000 Euros for problems that they should have seen and I probably would not have bought this / that. You can not see oils that run from the filter or that the hanger has a problem or that the shock absorbers need to be changed. Many irrelevant and not professional and I also paid 62 euros for the alleged check.

Πήγα 1η φορά για το προγραμματισμένο service εκτος αντιπροσωπείας (προφανώς για να έχω μειωμένο κόστος) να μου αλλάξει φίλτρα λάδια κτλ. Μου λέει πρίν το πάω οτι ειναι γύρω στα 170€ εκτός και αν θέλει και φίλτρο πετρελαίου (Η τιμή ήταν σαν να πήγα στην αντιπροσωπεία αλλά λέω άντε ας πάω). Με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο οταν τελείωσαν και μου λένε 470€!! ΟΡΙΣΤΕ? Πραγματικά δεν έχω πληρώσει ποτέ τόσα λεφτά στην αντιπροσωπεία!
Μου αναλύει τα ποσά (το φίλτρο πετραιλαίου έκανε 85€) και μου έχουν χρεώσει μέχρι και την ροδέλα 4€. Εργατικά 135€ + ΦΠΑ λές και πήγα σε γιατρό.
Προφανώς και έκανα παράπονα, αλλά όπως πάντα σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να βγάλεις άκρη. Και επειδή εννοείται οτι δεν θα ξαναπάω οταν τους είπα οτι πρέπει να μου κάνουν καλύτερη τιμή για το λάθος τους μου είπαν στο επόμενο service.
Τέλος για αλλατοπίπερο μου είπαν οτι το μηχάνημα που μηδενίζει στο καντράν την ένδειξη για service έχει χαλάσει και να περάσω ξανά την επόμενη εβδομάδα.
Απο τα νέυρα μου κοιτάω παλιές αποδείξεις ανταλλακτικών απο την αντιπροσωπεία και σε αρκετά ανταλλακτικά είναι ακόμα πιο ακριβοί

Unacceptable workshop!
I went for the first time for the scheduled service outside the dealership (obviously to have a reduced cost) to change my oil filters etc. He tells me before I go that it is around 170 € unless he wants an oil filter (The price was like I went to delegation but I say let me go). They call me when they are finished and tell me 470 € !! HERE YOU GO? I really have never paid so much money to the dealership!
He analyzes my amounts (the oil filter made 85 €) and they have charged me up to the washer 4 €. Labor 135 € + VAT as if I went to the doctor.
Obviously I was complaining, but as always in these cases there is no way you can get away with it. And because of course I will not go again when I told them that they should give me a better price for their mistake they told me at the next service.
Finally, for a change of pepper, I was told that the machine that resets the indication for service on the dial is broken and I will have to go again next week.
From my nerves I look at old spare parts receipts from the dealership and in several spare parts they are even more expensive
Never again!
