Εγινε η παραγγελία τηλεφωνικώς, ηρθε εντος 2 ημερών με δωρεάν μεταφορικά και αντικαταβολή και επειδη το νούμερο του παπουτσιού εν τελει δεν μας κάλυψε, τους καλέσαμε να ζητήσουμε επιστροφή.
Εντος 2 ωρων (!) ηρθε η μεταφορική στο σπιτι μας, παρέλαβε δωρεαν το προϊόν και μετα απο 6 ημέρες ακριβώς επεστράφη το ποσό. Είναι συνεπώς απο τα ελάχιστα eshop που συμβαδίζουν με την εποχη μας, αντιλαμβάνονται πως το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο ειναι το μέλλον και σέβονται τον καταναλωτή. Ελπίζω μονο να μην ηταν συμπτωματικό (θεωρούμε πως δεν ηταν διοτι μας έδειξε η εμπειρία μας πως προκειταο για μια στημένη φιλοσοφία και τρόπος εξυπηρέτησης).
The review concerns the online store: Excellent service to a point where you are impressed. I do not know if this has always been the case or if they have adapted to the circumstances. The order was made by phone, it came within 2 days with free shipping and cash on delivery and because the shoe number did not cover us in the end, we called them to ask for a refund.
Within 2 hours (!) The shipping company came to our house, received the product for free and after exactly 6 days the amount was returned. They are therefore one of the few eshop that keeps up with our times, they understand that e-commerce is the future and they respect the consumer. I just hope it was not accidental (we consider that it was not because our experience showed us that this is an established philosophy and way of service).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ηλεκτρονικα μέσω του eshop τους.Εκαναν 10 μέρες να μου στείλουν το δέμα,δήθεν λόγω "ποιοτικού ελέγχου"....Αποτελεσμα:Το ένα παπούτσι ήρθε με γρατζουνιά στο δέρμα του τακουνιού,την οποία είχαν καλύψει πρόχειρα με μαρκαδόρο!!! Έστειλα μέιλ,σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες,αλλά δεν ανταποκρίθηκε κανεις....Το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο κλειστό πριν τις 6 το απόγευμα,που λένε ότι κλεινουν.Απαράδεκτοι,όταν μάλιστα τα παπούτσια τους είναι πανάκριβα...Δε θα τους ξαναπροτιμησω....
I ordered electronically through their eshop. They took 10 days to send me the parcel, allegedly due to "quality control" .... Result: One shoe came with a scratch on the heel skin, which they had covered with a marker !!! I sent an email, according to the instructions, but no one responded .... The call center closed before 6 pm, which they say closes. Unacceptable, when in fact their shoes are very expensive ... I will not prefer them again ... .
