M	M G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή ποιότητα σολας παπουτσιού καθώς την πρωτη μερα χρησης της μποτας, μεσα σε απόσταση ενός χιλιομέτρου έπεσα 3 φορές διοτι γλιστρουσαν απίστευτα (σε ιδανικές συνθήκες καιρού χωρίς βροχη)..ή δε λύση ήταν να περάσω απο το εργοστάσιο να "γδαρουν" τον πάτο του παπουτσιού ώστε να μη γλυστραει! Ειναι δυνατόν χειμερινό παπούτσι να μην εχει προστασία στην ολισθηροτητα του δρομου;! Στα θετικά η άμεση τηλεφωνική ανταπόκριση για να βρεθεί λύση στο πρόβλημα και η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού στο υποκατάστημα του attica στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Poor shoe quality as on the first day of using the boot, I fell 3 times within one kilometer within a mile because they were slipping incredibly (in ideal weather without rain) .. or the solution was to go through the factory to "scrape" the bottom of the shoe so that it doesn't slip! Is it possible that winter shoe does not have protection against slippery road ?! On the positive side is the immediate phone call to find a solution to the problem and the staff at the attica branch in downtown Athens.
Α	Αλεξάνδρα Καρασούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη ποικιλία και σε επώνυμα και σε μη επώνυμα προιόντα,σε περίοδο εκπτωσεων πολυ καλές τιμες!!!Επώνυμο μποτάκι αγοραστηκε με 50% έκπτωση ,και μια αστοχία στην συννενόηση αποκάλυψε μία αξιοπιστία και φερεγγυότητα της εταιρείας Τsakiris Mallas...Σαν πελάτης που μου παρουσιάστηκε ένα πρόβλημα στο προιόν,είχα ΑΨΟΓΗ ΑΝΤΙΜΕΤΩΠΙΣΗ,απο την εταιρεία.Τόσο η υπεύθυνη μάρκετιγκ ,με την ΑΜΕΣΗ-ευέλικτη -ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑΤΙΚΗ πελατοκεντρική παρέμβασή της,όσο και το προσωπικό του καταστήματος που αποκατέστησε ευγενικά και πρόθυμα την δυσαρέσκειά μου,επανορθώνοντας εμπράκτως με ικανοποίησαν πλήρως !!!Τελικά επιβεβαιώνεται...."Ο καλός καραβοκύρης στην ανεμοζάλη δείχνεται........" Great variety in both branded and non-branded products, in a period of discounts very good prices !!!
