I	Ismini Chr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατος υπάλληλος χωρίς να έχει αναλάβει την εξυπηρέτηση μας ,την ώρα που περιμέναμε να μας φέρουν το προϊόν που είχαμε ζητήσει και κοιτάγαμε αντίστοιχα προϊόντα , μας είπε ότι καλύτερα να μην κοιτάμε το προϊόν γιατί ειναι δέρμα και η τιμή ειναι υψηλή. Η διαφορά στην τιμή με αυτό που τελικά αγοράσαμε ήταν 4€ …Εάν η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρετούσε δεν είχε πάει στο άλλο κατάστημα για να φέρει αυτό που θέλαμε ,θα είχαμε φύγει την ίδια στιγμή. Κρίμα για το ήθος και τον μηδαμινό σεβασμό.Δεν θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα. A very rude employee, without taking over our service, while we were waiting for the product we had requested to be brought to us and we were looking at corresponding products, told us that it is better not to look at the product because it is leather and the price is high. The difference in price with what we finally bought was € 4… If the girl who served us had not gone to the other store to bring what we wanted, we would have left at the same time. Too bad for the ethos and the little respect. We will definitely not prefer it again.

Πριν 2 εβδομαδες παρήγγειλα ένα ζευγάρι πλατφόρμες από το eShop τους και μου ήρθε μέσα σε τρεις εργάσιμες μέρες. Όλα καλά μέχρι που τα έβαλα για πρώτη φορά έξω. Μόλις στα πρώτα βήματα που έκανα φορώντας τα το κορδόνι που έδινε στον αστράγαλο ξαφνικά κόπηκε και έμεινα ξυπόλυτη στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Τους τηλεφωνώ για το ελαττωματικό προϊόν και μου λένε πως θα στείλουν εντολή στην κούριερ για να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου να παραλάβει το ελαττωματικό προϊόν και να ακολουθήσει ποιοτικός έλεγχος. Έχουν περάσει δύο βδομάδες η κούριερ δεν έχει επικοινωνήσει ακόμα μαζί μου τους τηλεφωνώ ξανά Και τους ενημερώνω και μου λένε ακριβώς το ίδιο πράγμα (Θα στείλουμε εντολή στην κούριερ να έρθει να παραλάβει μέσα στη μέρα). Το παπούτσι το έχω φτιάξει μόνη μου με δικά μου έξοδα ενώ είναι αλλουνού δουλειά. Συμπέρασμα; Πληρώνουμε το όνομα και όχι την ποιότητα των προϊόντων. I write the review in this store as it is the most central. 2 weeks ago I ordered a pair of platforms from their eShop and it came to me within three working days. All good until I put them out for the first time. Just in the first steps I took wearing the cord that gave the ankle was suddenly cut and I was left barefoot in the center of Athens. I call them for the defective product and they tell me that they will send an order to the courier to contact me to receive the defective product and to follow a quality control. It's been two weeks the courier has not contacted me yet I call them again And I inform them and they tell me exactly the same thing (We will send an order to the courier to pick it up during the day). I made the shoe myself at my own expense while it is someone else's work. Conclusion; We pay for the name and not the quality of the products.

Also: The huge shoe selection in the window is just to attract tourists... the choice inside the shop is much smaller...
