Οι υπάλληλοι πάντα εξυπηρετικοί. Από τα αγαπημένα μαγαζιά στην νέα Σμύρνη. From the grocery store to their kitchen everything is wonderful. What I have tried in food was excellent. In a grocery store everything is always fresh and perfect juices. Employees are always helpful. One of the favorite shops in Nea Smyrni.

Β	Βασιλική Ζάχου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! Μου έστειλαν χαλασμένη γαριδομακαροναδα! Βρωμουσε σαν να είχε μείνει εκτός ψυγείου για πάνω από 24 ώρες! Επειδή όμως οι γαρίδες έχουν έντονη μυρωδιά και την κάλυπτε θεώρησα ότι ήταν ιδέα μου κι έτσι έδωσα δύο πιρουνιες στον 3.5 ετων γιο μου μιας και κάθε εβδομάδα έτρωγε και δεν είχαμε ποτέ πρόβλημα, του αρέσει πολύ η γαριδομακαροναδα. Παρ'ολ'αυτά δεν ήθελε να φάει και παραξενευτηκα. Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου έστειλαν άλλη. Τότε επιβεβαίωσα ότι καμία σχέση δεν είχε η μυρωδιά της πρώτης με την δεύτερη. Κακώς τους εμπιστεύτηκα! Μετά από λίγη ώρα το παιδί μου διπλωθηκε από τους πόνους και κρατούσε την κοιλίτσα του. Ευτυχώς δεν έπαθε τίποτα χειρότερο. Και Ευτυχώς έφαγε ελάχιστο. Πως μυρίζουν οι φακες όταν είναι μια με δύο μέρες εκτός ψυγειου; ακριβώς αυτήν την μυρωδιά είχε και από πάνω την κάλυπτε μια ωραία μυρωδιά από τις γαρίδες κι έτσι την πάτησα! Προσέξτε! Είναι άκρως ανεύθυνοι και επικίνδυνοι. Πρέπει να κλείσουν ΧΘΕΣ! Το λάθος μου ήταν ότι έστειλα την χαλασμένη γαριδομακαροναδα πίσω σε αυτούς και όχι στην υγειονομική υπηρεσία. CAUTION! They sent me spoiled shrimp spaghetti! It smelled like it had been out of the fridge for over 24 hours! But because the shrimp have a strong smell and it covered it, I thought it was my idea and so I gave two forks to my 3.5 year old son since he ate every week and we never had a problem, he really likes shrimp spaghetti. Nevertheless, he did not want to eat and I was surprised. I called them and they sent me another. Then I confirmed that the smell of the first had nothing to do with the second. I trusted them badly! After a while my child folded in pain and was holding his belly. Fortunately, nothing worse happened. And fortunately he ate very little. How do lentils smell when they are out of the fridge for one or two days? it had exactly this smell and from above it was covered by a nice smell from the shrimp and so I pressed it! Be careful! They are extremely irresponsible and dangerous. They must close YESTERDAY! My mistake was that I sent the spoiled shrimp spaghetti back to them and not to the health service.

Για καβουροσαλάτα μια ετοιματζίδικη χαμηλής ποιότητας. Σολωμός με τα τεράστια κόκκαλα του. Πιλάφι της κακιάς ώρας. The criticism concerns the fish shop. His kitchen lags behind. Far below average. I crumble like rubber when you eat them and they are burnt out. For crab salad a low quality ready-made food. Salmon with its huge bones. Pilaf of the bad time.
d	dim nav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάναμε παραγγελία τσιπούρες ψητές μέσω site (για να αποφύγουμε τον συνωστισμό οπως λέει το μαγαζί). Μετά απο 1 ώρα και 15 λεπτά επικονώνησα τηλεφωνικά και δεν ήξεραν εαν έχει φύγει η παραγγελία (μαγαζί που να μην ξερει ποιες παραγγελίες φεύγουν πρώτη φορά αντιμετωπίζω). Σε δεύτερο τηλ.μου είπαν οτι ο διανομέας έχει τελικά φύγει. Όταν παρέλαβα, οι τσιπούρες ήταν κρύες, προχειροδουλεία με ώρα αποδειξης την ώρα που τους έκανα εγώ τη 2η κλήση (βεβαια οι τσιπουρες γύρισαν πίσω). Σε τηλ. επικοινωνία που είχαμε μετά με την υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος δεν ίδρωσε το αυτί τους, ουτε καν ένα συγνώμη. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ,το ένα αστέρι και αυτό πολύ τους είναι. We ordered grilled sea bream through the site (to avoid overcrowding as the store says). After 1 hour and 15 minutes I called and they did not know if the order was gone (a store that does not know which orders are leaving the first time I deal). I was told on a second phone that the distributor had finally left. When I received it, the sea bream was cold, a chore with a time of receipt at the time I made the 2nd call to them (of course the sea bream came back). In the phone call we had afterwards with the store manager, their ear did not sweat, not even an apology. UNACCEPTABLE, one star and that's a lot to them.

Πολύ καλό και εύχρηστο site και τα μαγειρεμένα φαγητά και ψαρικά πολύ νόστιμα! Large variety of fruits and vegetables. Fast and excellent service both up close and with delivery. Very good and easy to use site and the cooked food and fish very tasty!
B	Billy Raise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κορυφή οι άνθρωποι αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια! Χρησιμοποιούν τα υλικά από το μανάβικο και το ψαράδικο και δημιουργούν φοβερά πιάτα. Αγαπημένο πιάτο παστίτσιο με τόνο! Γεύσεις που σε ταβέρνα θα πλήρωνες χρυσάφι και η ποιότητα πάντα άριστη. Δεν νομίζω ότι υπάρχει κάτι παρόμοιο στην Αθήνα. Αξίζει επίσης να δοκιμάσει κανείς τους χυμούς που φτιάχνουν από ολόφρεσκα φρούτα. Top people deserve congratulations! They use the ingredients from the grocery store and the fishmonger and create awesome dishes. Favorite pasticcio dish with tuna! Flavors that in a tavern you would pay for gold and the quality is always excellent. I do not think there is anything similar in Athens. It is also worth trying the juices made from fresh fruit.
