★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά. Δεν δεχτηκε να ξαναδοκιμασω φόρεμα δεύτερη φορά . Ο αδικαιολόγητος μονόλογος της ιδιοκτήτριας: "αύριο θα έρθεις με άλλη φιλη για να το δει; Είναι ευαίσθητα ρούχα αυτά. " Και όλα αυτά επειδή δοκίμασα το ρουχο και χθες με άλλη φιλη. Γουρούνι στο σακί θα αγοράσω; Ήμουν συχνή πελατισα τώρα δεν θα ξαναπατησω.
