Μόνο καλά λόγια υπάρχουν για την Χριστίνα!!Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, πρόθυμη να σε βοηθήσει και να σε κατατοπίσει για τις εξορμήσεις στην Στεμνίτσα και στα γύρω χωριά!! Υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα και κάτι πολύ σημαντικό εξαιρετική καθαριότητα!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλαχτα!! Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να σας απογοητεύσει!!! Χριστίνα σε ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!! The best hostel in Stemnitsa with the best hostess Christina !!! There are only good words for Christina !! Flawless service, willing to help you and to inform you about the excursions in Stemnitsa and the surrounding villages !! Wonderful atmosphere and something very important, excellent cleanliness !! Καινούρια έπιπλα και ομορφη διακόσμηση!το κρεβάτι είχε πολύ αναπαυτικό στρώμα!Η Αλεξάνδρα μας υποδέχτηκε με πλατύ χαμόγελο και κέρασμα ,γλυκό συκαλακι και πρόθυμη να μας πει τα tips του χωριού για φαι-καφε κ.α. πολύ όμορφη η τοποθεσία,με εύκολο πάρκινγκ και κοντά στην πλατεία. Το έλατο στην αυλή μαγευτικό! Το ίδιο και η πηγή με το τρεχούμενο νερό εκεί δίπλα!θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά σίγουρα! Very nice room, clean and warm, with autonomous heating. New furniture and beautiful decoration! The bed had a very comfortable mattress! Alexandra welcomed us with a big smile and a treat, a sweet sykalaki and willing to tell us the tips of the village for coffee, etc. very nice location, with easy parking and close to the square. The fir tree in the yard is enchanting! The same with the spring with the running water next door! I will definitely visit it again!
A	Argyro Kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο ξενώνας "Τσαρμπού" κάθε άλλο παρά "ξενώνας" δε θα μπορούσε να χαρακτηριστεί γιατί εμείς δεχτηκαμε την ζεστή φιλοξενία της Χριστίνας από τα πρώτα κιόλας λεπτά που φτάσαμε το βράδυ της Παρασκευής. Αφότου μας έφτιαξε έναν αυτοσχέδιο πολύτιμο χάρτη με τα όσα θα έπρεπε να δούμε, μιλήσαμε και "κλείσαμε" τη βραδιά με ένα γευστικό τσίπουρο, κέρασμα από εκείνη. Τα δωμάτια έλαμπαν από καθαριότητα, ήταν ζεστά και είχαν όλες τις παροχές που κάποιος θα χρειαστεί. Βρίσκονται σε μια πολύ ήρεμη τοποθεσία μόλις 1 λεπτό από την κεντρική πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας, περιτριγυρισμένο από δέντρα, πλακόστρωτα μονοπάτια και τρεχούμενα νερα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! The hostel "Tsarbou" could not be described as anything but a "hostel" because we accepted the warm hospitality of Christina from the very first minutes we arrived on Friday night. After she made us an improvised valuable map with what we should see, we talked and "closed" the night with a delicious tsipouro, a treat from her. The rooms shone with cleanliness, were warm and had all the amenities one would need. They are located in a very quiet location just 1 minute from the main square of Stemnitsa, surrounded by trees, cobbled paths and running water. I highly recommend it!

Christina and Vaso were so friendly and they prepared for us a very nice breakfast to have the best start of your day! Very clean place and the room with the fireplace is unique!
J	James B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimitsana may have a few more restaurants but it is in Stemnitsa, being looked after by Christina, that you will discover an authentic Greek mountain village experience. The Tsarbou Guesthouse is a cozy yet elegant restored villa, with a delightful breakfast terrace where Christana provides you with delicious local and homemade products. The tavern on the pretty village square, a favourite with the locals (always a good sign), serves no-fuss traditional dishes and is very reasonable, and has an English menu. Don't miss sunset from the monument at the top of the village - the views are spectacular. Christina will direct you, as well as providing advice on other things to do in the region. If you're lucky you'll get to try (and buy) some of the wine that Christina and her husband produce on their local vineyard. If we come back to the region The Tsarbou Guesthouse will be an obligatory stop during the visit.
A	Angelos Marantos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional and scenic spot, with a small river passing nearby and a magnificent view at the village.. its interior is very well equipped, with some chic mobilier also. In 2 words, a great value for money! Adding that the hosts are quite cool people, Tsarbou is an easy pick.
A	A-M F-K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guesthouse is a "home away from home"! No other way to describe how cozy and looked after you feel from the moment you step in. Both Christina and Fanie are amazing and really help through-out, with great suggestions on what to do and where to go. We visited the place for the second time. Some years ago it was jut my wife and me but this time it was a "full house" with two kids and a small dog. And although it is mainly a couples place, they gave as a nice room upstairs and we settled in great, having a blast. Another important benefit of Tsarbou is the nice small garden where you can have your breakfast (either from Chrisitna's hands or from the bakery right across the street, depending on the availability) with a small river passing next to it. Also important to note that the place has a parking right outside, which is an important benefit in such small villages.
