Της απαντησα οτι δεν ειναι ωραιο αυτο που λέει και πως οφειλω να ξερω τι θα αγορασω. Μετα της ειπα οτι δυστυχως δεν με εξυπηρετησατε σωστα και λυπαμαι και απαντησε: Εμενα δεν με ενδιαφερει... ακους αδιαφορώ" Εφυγα χωρίς να πω κατι,ενω θα μπορούσα να απαντήσω πολλά. Θα χρειαστει ο συλλογος να επεμβει για πιθανή ψυχιατρική βοήθεια στην συγκεριμενη. UNACCEPTABLE! Είχα την αίσθηση ότι θέλει να με ξεπετάξει. Οπότε εννοείται ότι έφυγα. Δεν έχω κάποιο λόγο να ψωνίσω από κάπου που με κάνουν να αισθάνομαι τόσο άσχημα. Εν συντομία, μου έγινε πώληση προϊόντος φακών μυωπίας χωρίς εγγύηση (εν αγνοία μου) και χωρίς παροχή δείγματος ή εναλλακτικής και όταν αποδεδειγμένα είχα πρόβλημα στην όραση μου, η απάντηση ήταν "θέλει συνήθεια" (διαστρέβλωση χρωμάτων έπειτα από προσθήκη φίλτρου για οθόνη υπολογιστή) . Ωστόσο, σε μια μερίδα του πληθυσμού όντως παρουσιάζεται αυτό το πρόβλημα το οποίο θα γνώριζαν αν είχαν επικοινωνήσει με την εταιρεία κατασκευής. Κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ, ούτε και μετά την ενημέρωση από την πλευρά μου. Με δικαιολογίες προσπάθησαν να καλύψουν την ανεπάρκεια και τους τραγικούς χειρισμούς τους με ατάκα της υπεύθυνης έπειτα από 2 εβδομάδες ταλαιπωρίας "δεν κρινόμαστε για την εξυπηρέτηση μας". Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Προφανώς και δεν πήρα χρήματα πίσω ούτε ποτέ παραδέχτηκαν ότι κάπου είχαν σφάλει. Ευτυχώς μετά πήγα σε επαγγελματίες του χώρου και βρήκα το φως μου. 1 αστέρι για την μεγάλη ποικιλία σε σκελετούς.
