Βρήκε αμέσως τι πρόβλημα υπήρχε και το διόρθωσε με τον καλύτερο τροπο. Μας εξήγησε τι θα πρέπει να προσέξουμε για το επόμενο σέρβις. Σημειωτέον δεν είμαστε από το Βόλο και ήξερε ότι μάλλον δεν θα μας ξαναδεί σύντομα. Συστήνεται ανεπιφυλακτα Mr. Tsiavalias was very helpful. Περίπου στο τέλος Αυγούστου έφτασα στο συνεργείο του σχεδόν την ώρα που έκλεινε και όμως δεν είπε κουβέντα και ασχολήθηκε πραγματικά με το πρόβλημα που είχα. Για τρεις ώρες με τον συνεργάτη του έκανε ότι μπορούσε και δεν μπορούσε για να με βοηθήσει, παρόλο που δεν είμαι από τη περιοχή και δεν είχε να κερδίσει κάτι παραπάνω από μένα. Συστήνεται και με κλειστά τα μάτια! Very kind and very good professional. Το διαγνωστικό βρήκε αμέσως το πρόβλημα στο Fiat 500c που έχω. Με δική του πρωτοβουλία έκανε γενικό έλεγχο στο όχημα κ πρότεινε αλλαγή αμορτισέρ σε απίστευτα λογική τιμή. Σε μισή ώρα είχαν έρθει τα ανταλλακτικά κ είχαν ήδη τοποθετηθεί. Το γενικό σύνολο ήταν σε λογικοτατη τιμή. Μπράβο στον τρόπο λειτουργίας κ στο επαγγελματισμό του. Κέρδισε ακόμα ένα πελάτη. The owner is incredibly polite and willing to help and solve our problem Saturday morning. The diagnostic immediately found the problem in my Fiat 500c. On his own initiative he made a general inspection of the vehicle and proposed a change of shock absorbers at an incredibly reasonable price. In half an hour the spare parts had arrived and had already been installed. The overall set was reasonably priced. Well done on the way it works and on its professionalism. Another customer won.

Due to engine problems, we got stuck on the other side of Volos in the mountains and they even offered to find someone to tow our car, despite being well over an hour away from the city on a Saturday! Once we got to the service, the personnel was extremely friendly and understanding. I know very little Greek, so it was a relief to find someone who spoke English so well! They quickly found the problem through the computer scan and they immediately started making inquiries to find a replacement for our faulty sensor. I really felt they went the extra mile to help us, even calling a Hertz representative to offer us a replacement car. By early Monday, our car had a new sensor, the team being extremely proficient.
