Έχουν ευγενικούς και εξυπηρέτηκους υπαλλήλους. Είναι καθαρά σε όλους τους χώρους του καταστήματος.
Για τα ποιο απλά πράγματα όπως λάμπες και λίγα υδραυλικά έχουν επαρκή στοκ.
Το βασικό είναι να μπορεί κάποιος που έρχεται από τα ορεινά χωριά να βρει τα ποιο απλά χωρίς να μετακινηθεί στην Ναύπακτο που είναι αρκετά χιλιόμετρα.
Πιστεύω ότι μπορούν και καλύτερα λόγο τις γεωγραφικής θέσης. Έχουν όρεξη και διάθεση αυτό κατάλαβα από το λίγο της παραμονής μου.
