M	Mar Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επέλεξα την εταιρεία για μετακόμιση εντός χώρας εξωτερικού. Μεγάλη απογοήτευση για τον αντιεπαγγελματισμο, την αγένεια και ασυνέπεια που αντιμετώπισα. Ενδεικτικά μόνο θα αναφερθεί ότι ο κύριος με τον οποίο συνομίλησα εξαρχής είχε ήδη λάβει το μισό ποσό προκαταβολή αμέσως αφού επέλεξα τη μεταφορική τους για τη μετακόμιση. Καθώς ο οδηγός ήταν καθοδον στον προορισμό παράδοσης των πραγμάτων και πριν παραδόσει τα πραγματα, ο κύριος με τον οποιο συνομιλούσα από το γραφείο στη Θεσ/κη απαιτούσε τηλεφωνικώς την εξόφληση ολόκληρου του ποσού στο λογαριασμό του για "να μη φύγει ο οδηγός και δεν παραδώσει τα πράγματα". Εν μέσω ταξιδιού μου προς τον προορισμό της μετακόμισης μέσα από πολύ μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία είχα την αδικαιολόγητη πιεση να προλάβω να ξοφλησω τους κυρίους που επέλεξα ως έμπιστη μεταφορική, για να μη με αφήσουν ξεκρεμαστη. Απίστευτη συμπεριφορά και ασυνέπεια. Δεν είχε συμφωνηθεί ποτέ εξόφληση πριν την παράδοση και καμιά μεταφορική δεν ενεργεί κατ αυτόν τον τρόπο καθώς η συνολική εξόφληση γίνεται μετά την παραδοση. Δεν υπήρξε καμία γραπτή περιγραφή της διαδικασίας πληρωμής στην αρχή της συνεργασίας, που αργότερα έγινε ξεκάθαρο πώς χρησιμοποιηθηκε. Η στάση μου υπήρξε υπερβολικά ήπια καθώς δεν προχώρησα στη νομική οδό. I chose the company for moving within a foreign country. Great frustration for the unprofessionalism, rudeness and inconsistency I faced. As the driver was on his way to the destination of the delivery of goods and before he delivered the goods, the gentleman with whom I was talking from the office in Thessaloniki demanded the payment of the entire amount to his account things". In the middle of my trip to the destination of the move, through a lot of trouble, I had the unjustified pressure to manage to pay the gentlemen I chose as a trusted transporter, so that they would not leave me hanging. Incredible behavior and inconsistency. Payment was never agreed before delivery and no shipping acts in this way as the total payment is made after delivery. There was no written description of the payment process at the beginning of the partnership, which later became clear how it was used. My attitude was too lenient as I did not take legal action.

Μεταφορά όλων των βαριων επίπλων, ηλεκτρικών συσκευών, μικροεπιπλων, χαλιών, δεκάδες κούτες, ξεμονταρισμα και μετά μονταρισμα κρεβατιων κ ντουλαπων. Δηλαδή ενα γεματο σπιτι 100 τμ 3 δωματιων. Σε όλα έβαζαν προστατευτικά καλύμματα για να μην χτυπηθούν. 6 άτομα πολυ ευγενικοί ολοι τους και ο οδηγός ξεκίνησαν την μετακόμιση στις 8.30 και πριν τις 2 είχαν τελειώσει. Η τιμή που μου πρότειναν την βρήκα τελείως φυσιολογική έως και οικονομική για τον όγκο της δουλειάς. Εμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος Perfect professionals. We had booked an appointment 2 weeks ago and everything went as we had discussed. Transport of all heavy furniture, electrical appliances, small furniture, carpets, dozens of boxes, dismantling and after-bedding. That is, a full 100 sqm 3 room house. They were all fitted with protective covers to prevent them from being hit. 6 people were very kind and the driver started moving at 8.30 and before 2 had finished. The price they offered me I found quite normal to economical for the volume of work. I was absolutely delighted

Τα αντικείμενα έφτασαν στον τόπο αποστολής σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα, ακριβώς στην ίδια κατάσταση όπως είχαν αποσταλεί. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα για μεταφορές, ακόμα και για μεταφορές εξωτερικού, όπως ήταν η δική μας περίπτωση (Θεσσαλονίκη-Λεμεσός). Pick up on time, very kind and willing staff, reasonable prices. The transfer was done carefully and no damage was caused to the items. The items arrived at the place of shipment within a reasonable time, in exactly the same condition as they had been shipped. Highly recommended for transport, even for transport abroad, as was our case (Thessaloniki-Limassol).

Με ένα τηλεφώνημα το προηγούμενο βράδυ, την άλλη μέρα το πρωί το φορτηγό και οι εργαζόμενοι ήταν στον χώρο μας. Πραγματικά δεν υπάρχει βαθμός αρκετά μεγάλος για να αξιολογηθεί η αμεσότητα των συγκεκριμένων επαγγελματιών. Πολύ καλή ευελιξία. Παρόλο που τα πράγματα ήταν περισσότερα από ότι είχαμε αρχικά υπολογίσει, μεταφέρθηκαν όλα και το δρομολόγιο έγινε κανονικά παρά τον αυξημένο χρόνο φορτοεκφόρτωσης. Όλα μεταφέρθηκαν με σεβασμό και δίχως μία γρατζουνιά (συμπεριλαμβανομένων και υάλινων επιφανειών). Ανεκτίμητη η ευγένεια και η καλή διάθεση των υπαλλήλων. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα. There was an immediate need to move furniture and household items. With a phone call the night before, the next morning the truck and the workers were at our place. There really is not a grade large enough to assess the immediacy of these professionals. Very good flexibility. Although things were more than we originally expected, everything was transported and the route was normal despite the increased loading and unloading time. Everything was transported with respect and without a scratch (including glass surfaces). The courtesy and good mood of the employees are invaluable. Thanks for all.

Every time though, they treat their clients with utmost respect and professionalism. The personnel is always kind, respectful and ready to provide a solution and their punctuality is one of their great features. On our last move, they said they would be there at 8:00 sharp.
