★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρόνια πελάτης και με θλίβει το γεγονός πως έπρεπε να καλέσω στα κεντρικά προκειμένου να βγάλω άκρη για την αγορά που έκανα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.
Εν κατακλείδι ένα ημιπαλτο αξίας άνω των 200€ αγορασμένο τον Δεκέμβρη του 2019 πιθανόν να είχε ελαττωματική φοδρα με αποτέλεσμα να ανοίγει-σκίζετε.
Μετά από "αντικατάσταση" (λογικα το πήγαν σε κάποιον ράφτη και απλά με κορόιδευαν διότι στα κεντρικά δεν γνώριζαν κάτι πέρα από το ότι υπήρχε ελαττωματική φοδρα σε ένα ημιπαλτο)Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να ξανά σκιστεί η φοδρα.
Ζήτησα τα χρήματα μου πίσω και μου πρότειναν αγορά άλλου προϊόντος που φυσικά και δεν δέχθηκα.
8 μήνες μετά και μετά από δική μου παραίνεση στα κεντρικά της Bostonians επικοινώνησαν σήμερα(07/07/2020) μαζί μου και μου είπαν πως από βδομάδα θα έχουν το προϊόν.
Αν υπολογιστούν όλες οι αγορές που έχουν γίνει από την οικογένειά μου στο κατάστημα σας ξεπερνάνε τα 1000€.Ευχαριστώ που εκτιμάται τόσο πολύ έναν τέτοιο πελάτη σας.
I have been a customer for years and I am saddened by the fact that I had to call the headquarters in order to make ends meet for the purchase I made in this particular store.
In conclusion, a half coat worth more than € 200 purchased in December 2019 probably had a defective lining, as a result of which you open-tear.
After "replacement" (logically they took it to a tailor and they just made fun of me because in the center they did not know anything other than that there was a defective lining in a half coat) The result was that the lining was torn again.
I asked for my money back and they offered me to buy another product which of course I did not accept.
8 months later and after my own request, the Bostonians contacted me today (07/07/2020) and told me that they would have the product in a week.
If all the purchases made by my family in your store are calculated, they exceed € 1000. Thank you for appreciating such a customer of yours so much.
