Απορώ.., αυτοί που πουλάνε αυτά τα (πώς να τα χαρακτηρίσω τώρα..) άς τα πω γλυκά, στον κόσμο, δεν αισθάνονται άσχημα; Είναι περήφανοι για το προϊόν που πουλάνε; Οι ίδιοι, θα αγόραζαν αυτά τα γλυκά εάν ήσαν πελάτες;; Μηδέν, αλλά μηδέν αστέρια δεν έχει. Ενώ επιμείναμε να μας εξηγήσει μας έλεγε πρώτα να τις πούμε πόσα κομμάτια θα πάρουμε και μετά όταν ρωτήσαμε τι είναι το καθένα μας απαντούσε ότι έχουν διαφορές γεύσεις που πρέπει ο πελάτης να τις μαντέψει και ενώ ρωτούσαμε επανειλημμένα εκεί η ίδια κασέτα. Αισθανθήκαμε ότι δεν υπήρχε διάθεση από μέρους της να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Ελπίζω στο μέλλον να το λάβετε υπόψιν και να μην μας αποτρέψει να έρθουμε ξανά. Έχουν κια κάποια γλυκά χωρίς ζάχαρη για διαβητικούς η άτομα που προσέχουν τη διατροφή. Τα παγωτά το καλοκαίρι είναι συμπαθητικά. Για τα Χριστούγεννα έχει μεγάλη ποικιλία, gingerbread σπιτάκια, μελομακαρονα, σοκολάτακια. Το μόνο αρνητικό, και ο λόγος που έκοψα ένα αστεράκι, είναι ως προς τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιουν. Σε τούρτα που παράγγειλαμε, παρατηρήσαμε ότι τα μπισκότα πτι μπέρ που χρησιμοποιηθηκαν για το ντεκόρ ήταν μάρκας πασίγνωστου γερμανικού φθηνού σουπερμάρκετ (tostada λέγεται η μάρκα συγκεκριμένα, βάζω και φωτογραφίες). Οπότε αυτό με έκανε να αναρωτιέμαι για την ποιότητα των υλικών που χρησιμοποιουνται. Large variety in small cups and pastries. In larger cakes, for example, there is not enough variety.
