P	Petros Koutras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The real rate is (-) minus infinity .... The worst company ever. Flying from Kenya to Greece (through Istanbul), with a baby and an infant, they gave me the seat on the row, which is just in front of the emergency exit. These seats have no inclination, and since the passengers in front of us, were using their right to have their seats in the inclined position, our space became rather non existent. I asked to talk with flight attendant, but I 've been ignored. I send an e-mail to the complaint department, and (what a miracle!!!), I 've been ignored again. This is not a company !!!!! Their employees do not (ever) pick up the phones, and they are not willing to provide any support to their customers.... and of course, there is no will of listening and more over compensate the whole inconvenience they are causing.
L	Lina Corn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other airlines, this one is one of the cheapest yet more reliable. I know for a fact that an international trip with Turkish Airlines is way more economical than with other companies especially in Greece. The only downside is that there are not many direct flights if your destination or beginning isn’t in Turkey. The stuff is also very polite and the services are amazing even for economy class, again compared to other companies.

The landline they have in Greece never answers despite the fact they say the work daily 9am to 5pm also the landline at Athens Airport. Probably this is to avoid complaints about various frauds they do as company and avoid paying back money to customers that never reached their final destination. Recently I had an experience like that, travelling to Amman as final destination and got stack in Istanbul in transfer. Shame and very bad to represent Star Alliance as well.
I	Ian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a economy flight from Istanbul to Athens, approx 1.5 hour. The seats were really close together, and the flight want long enough for the food service they provided. They had they trays and the drinks and by the time the had served everyone we had started landing so they had to rush to clean everything up, they just put away the trolleys when the wheels went down. It would have been better for nuts and some water
S	Shad Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guys have the worst service. I mean even worse than budget airlines. They never pickup the phone and do not answer emails. They cancel flights and 'force' you to get a voucher. They know how to play around and take your money. I will never fly with them again. Do yourselves a favor and pay extra with another airline. Oh and if you are waiting for a refund you will actually have more chances of winning the lottery.
I	Ilias Mucodemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience yet! We have flown TK for the last decade, but this type of experience is a first. They were rude before we even begun the boarding! I've had a neck surgery and unable to sit up straight like in the economy class. So from our trip to Athens from ord we upgraded to business class. However, I tried to upgrade from Athens to ord business class again. However, in turkey they wouldn't allow me to upgrade. The business section was completely empty. I literally begged multiple times to allow me to upgrade and they wouldn't. I called the airline and they said it's too late for them to see it due to the boarding time. No matter to whom I spoke they were very rude. The business section was empty and I was ready to upgrade. Unfortunately they didn't allow me and I had to suffer they entire trip.
S	Sami Kotso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never take this airline never ever!!!! My sister is stuck in Houston and they don't give any proper explanation. For 2 days with no compensation!!! They should focus more on their airlines rather than plotting which country to attack!!! Shame on you!!!!

Except for a few flights, I've been using Turkish Airlines, which was as good as any good airline. Plus, the ground staff were more than helpful when needed and I never had any complaint since 2004, when I first travelled Turkish Air. My lady is going to see her folks soon, along with our kids, so why not...
