Το στείλανε Αθήνα με μεγαλύτερη χρέωση και μετά Άρτα και δεν στείλανε και το τιμολόγιο που τους έδωσε η εταιρία με τα πράγματα. Είχα μια ολόκληρη ημέρα προσπαθούσα να καταλάβω γιατί αυτή η χρέωση παραπάνω και το μόνο που λέγανε ε σιγά την χρέωση παραπάνω. Έλεος! Unacceptable! I had a package that would go from Larissa to Thessaloniki and then Arta. They sent it to Athens with a higher charge and then Arta and they did not send the invoice given to them by the company with the things. I had a whole day trying to figure out why this charge above and only slowly saying the charge above. Mercy!

Βρίσκουν δικαιολογίες συνεχώς και το πάνε από μέρα σε μέρα μέχρι να αναγκαστείς να πας εσυ και να πάρεις από εκεί το δέμα σου ανεξάρτητου βαρους . Ο ορισμός του αντί επαγγελματία και του ψεύτη . Metaphorical self service… as many more in the reviews write, they force you to go and get it yourself! They find excuses all the time and go from day to day until you have to go and get your package of independent weight from there. The definition of a pro and a liar.

Το δέμα μου κάθεται στην αποθήκη δύο βδομάδες σχεδόν και ήταν δρομολογημένα να έρθει πριν τρεις μέρες αφού πήρα τηλέφωνο την εταιρία που το αγόρασα και έγινε ένα τρελό μπέρδεμα. Πήρα λοιπόν τηλέφωνο σήμερα να δω που είναι το δέμα μου και μου λένε ότι τελικά θα έρθει αύριο και όχι σήμερα που κανονίσαμε. Μετά από 5 λεπτά βλέπω το φορτηγάκι τους να παρκάρει έξω από το σπίτι μου και βγήκα να δω αν είναι για μας. Ο οδηγός κάπου έφυγε και λείπει εδώ και μισή ώρα. Πραγματικά σας εύχομαι να μη χρειαστεί να σας μεταφέρουν κάτι με αυτούς τους επαγγελματίες που και για ελληνικά standard είναι abysmal. As the following say, unacceptable. My parcel has been sitting in the warehouse for almost two weeks and was scheduled to arrive three days ago after I called the company I bought it from and it became a crazy mess. So I got on the phone today to see where my parcel is and they tell me that it will finally come tomorrow and not today as we arranged. After 5 minutes I see their truck parked outside my house and I went out to see if it is for us. The driver left somewhere and has been missing for half an hour. I really wish you do not have to carry something with these professionals that for Greek standards is abysmal.
