Με ευγενικό και ωραίο τρόπο σου πλασάρουν το προϊόν χωρίς να το καταλάβεις γιατί δεν προνοισες να κρατάς μαζί σου μέτρο και τα γυαλιά σου..... Ως εκ τούτου εμπιστεύεται αυτό που σου λένε!!! Μετά σου επαναλαμβάνουν αυτό που θέλουν ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ - Λυπάμαι που είναι η πρώτη φορά που γράφω αρνητική κριτική σε "επαγγελματία" Every customer who goes to this store should NEVER be sure that they will receive what they ordered! In a polite and nice way, they market the product to you without you realizing it because you did not plan to keep your glasses with you ..... Therefore, they trust what they tell you !!! Then they repeat to you what PROFESSIONALS want - I'm sorry that this is the first time I write a negative review of a "professional"

Εντυπωσιάστηκα από την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και εξηγώ: Εδώ και 2 μήνες αναζητούσα απεγνωσμένα ,μέσω διαδικτύου, ανταλλακτικό ομπρέλας από φοινικοφυλλα μεγάλης διαστασης3,5×3,5 για εξοχική ενοικιαζόμενη κατοικία στη Ζάκυνθο. Δευτέρα μεσημέρι τηλεφώνησα από Αθήνα στα Χανιά και αφού μου είπαν ότι διαθέτουν,αλλά σε υποκατάστημα της Θεσσαλονίκης, μου έδωσαν ευγενικά και με λεπτομέρειες πληροφορίες για τη ποιότητα το τρόπο πληρωμής και αποστολής και έτσι συμφωνήσαμε αφού και η τιμή ήταν συμφέρουσα για όλα όσα ζητούσα. Σήμερα το πρωί Τετάρτη με ειδοποίησαν ότι ήδη το προιόν είχε φθάσει στη Ζάκυνθο . Τα γράφω αναλυτικά για να αναδείξω ότι αυτή η Ελληνική Χανιώτικη εταιρεία δεν έχει να ζηλέψει σε τίποτε από άλλες αντίστοιχες ξένες που υπάρχουν στη χώρα μας. Ευχαριστώ και πάλι συγχαρητήρια! Είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα υπάρξει και συνέχεια .. Congratulations to your company! I was impressed by the immediate service and I explain: For the past 2 months I have been desperately searching, via the internet, for a spare umbrella made of large 3.5 × 3.5 palm leaves for a holiday home in Zakynthos. Monday afternoon I called from Athens to Chania and after they told me that they have, but in a branch in Thessaloniki, they kindly and in detail gave me information about the quality of the payment and shipping method and so we agreed since the price was advantageous for everything I asked. This Wednesday morning I was notified that the product had already arrived in Zakynthos. I write them in detail to highlight that this Greek company from Chania has nothing to envy from any other similar foreigners that exist in our country. Thanks again congratulations! I am sure that there will be a continuation ..

T	Trap_one3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν θα μπορούσα να είμαι πιο ευχαριστημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση του μαγαζιού, από την πρώτη μου επαφή με τα παιδιά του καταστήματος υπήρχε τέλεια συνενόηση για τα προϊόντα που ήθελα να αγοράσω καθώς και τις κατασκευές που ήθελα να κάνω στο σπίτι μου. Πολύ καλές τιμές με μεγάλες γνώσεις πάνω στην τέχνη τους καθώς και σε όλα τα πράγματα που έχουν διαθέσιμα προς πώληση. Θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ.
