I especially adore the phone app, it's very convenient and easy to use, however I'm giving it 4/5 stars because on my phone (which has an EN OS) it's not working well; apparently the English version of the app is not fully developed yet, and this forces me to use the browser each time. Also, the app/web platform does not synchronize well with my time zone and I lost one appointment because of that.

For modern women, it is perfect to book completely online, check costs and services, compare, find salon to your liking (distance, reviews etc.) I deduct 1 star for 2 reasons: a) the app/web platform does not synchronize with my time zone. So when I book an appointment and transfer it to Google Calendar, it is on Italian time. b) It doesn't facilitate reactivity with scheduling hours: for example, the salon moves back or forward by 15' the appointment and it is not synchronized here.

I really enjoy the flexibility and variety of choices I get with it! Area of development: for some stores the menu does not come up fully updated in the English version of the app but only in the Greek version of it.
