V	Voula Kitsou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλές τιμές, παράδοση με ελάχιστη καθυστέρηση, πράγμα ασήμαντο στην εποχή που ζούμε (πανδημία covid-19). Το link παρακολούθησης που εστάλη στο mail μου δεν δούλεψε ποτέ. Πέρα από αυτό, τα προϊόντα έφτασαν χωρίς φθορές, σωστά πακεταρισμένα και όπως έπρεπε. Θα τους προτιμούσα ξανά. Good prices, delivery with minimal delay, which is insignificant in our time (pandemic covid-19). The tracking link sent to my mail never worked. Beyond that, the products arrived undamaged, properly packaged and as they should be. I would prefer them again.

We buy from all stores without VAT due to profession and they could not write to me in the email. If they did not know they could ask their accountant. I canceled the order and in a minute I had ordered the same in another store normally !!

p	pole gar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα ενα laptop που έδειχνε διαθέσιμο σε 4-10 μέρες. Με κάλεσαν και μου πρότειναν ένα άλλο ετοιμοπαράδοτο με μεγαλύτερο δίσκο στην ίδια τιμή. Με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι και το λειτουργικό ήταν ίδιο και τελικά είχε διαφορετικό λειτουργικό απ' αυτό που παράγγειλα το οποίο αναγραφοταν λανθασμένα και στο τιμολόγιο. Επιπλέον έπρεπε να καλέσω ο ίδιος για tracking number της εταιρείας που θα το παρέδιδε ενώ στο site φαινόταν ότι η παραγγελία είχε ολοκληρωθεί. I ordered a laptop that looked available in 4-10 days. They called me and offered me another ready-made with a bigger record at the same price. They assured me that the operating system was the same and in the end it had a different operating system from the one I ordered which was incorrectly written on the invoice. In addition, I had to call for a tracking number of the company that would deliver it, while on the site it seemed that the order had been completed.

Δεν μιλάμε για ένα απρόσωπο ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα που απλά διεκπεραιώνει εμπορικές συναλλαγές. Λόγω ενός λάθους στον κατάλογο, το οποίο δεν ήταν δική τους υπαιτιότητα αφού τα ίδια ακριβώς στοιχεία εμφανίζονταν σε όλα τα καταστήματα, παρέλαβα ένα λάπτοπ MSI με λάθος προδιαγραφές. Συμπεριφέρθηκαν με παραδειγματικό επαγγελματισμό, ενώ το είχα ήδη ανοίξει, μου έδωσαν την επιλογή επιστροφής χρημάτων ή αναβάθμισης στα χαρακτηριστικά που έβλεπα κατά την παραγγελία, χωρίς να χάσω την εγγύηση. Επίσης μου πρότειναν ένα backpack μεταφοράς το οποίο είναι εξαιρετικά ποιοτικό, απόλυτα προσαρμοσμένο στις ανάγκες μου και VFM. Έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος από όλα τα στάδια της παραγγελίας, από την πρώτη προκαταβολή, από το χρόνο παράδοσης δεδομένου ότι ήταν εισαγωγή, την διαδικασία έκδοσης τιμολογίου, από τη συσκευασία, το after sales support, την προθυμία και κατάρτιση να μου προτείνουν λύσεις και προϊόντα προσαρμοσμένα στις ανάγκες μου. Ποιοτικά προϊόντα σε πολύ καλές τιμές και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση! Μετά από μία περιπετειώδη αγορά, που χρειάστηκαν πολλά τηλέφωνα, email και courier, κέρδισαν την εμπιστοσύνη μου! Τους αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια! Based on my experience, I highly recommend buying a laptop / PC! Really great service. We are not talking about an impersonal online store that simply handles commercial transactions. Due to an error in the catalog, which was not their fault as the exact same items were displayed in all stores, I received an MSI laptop with the wrong specifications. They behaved with exemplary professionalism, while I had already opened it, they gave me the option of refunding or upgrading to the features I saw when ordering, without losing the warranty. They also offered me a transport backpack which is extremely high quality, perfectly adapted to my needs and VFM. I was completely satisfied with all the stages of the order, from the first deposit, from the delivery time as it was import, the invoicing process, the packaging, the after sales support, the willingness and training to offer me solutions and products tailored to my needs. Quality products at very good prices and excellent service! After an adventurous purchase, which required many phones, emails and couriers, they gained my trust! They deserve congratulations!
