Το τμήμα πιλατες αξίζει πολύ να το δοκιμάσει κάποιος. One of the best gyms in Chania! The trainers are professionals, willing to help in anything. Very nice group groups, which are adapted to the endurance / goals of each one individually. The Pilates section is well worth a try.

Τα γκρουπ είναι μικρά και δίνεται οση προσοχή χρειάζεται στον καθένα, με εξατομικευμένες συμβουλές, ώστε να πετύχουν όλοι τους στόχους τους. Οι γυμναστές, λειτουργούν με μεθοδικότητα, έχουν ποικιλία ασκήσεων και προσαρμογών στα προγράμματα τους και έτσι η προπόνηση έχει πάντα ενδιαφέρον! Όμως, πάνω από ολα, όταν μπαίνεις στο χώρο νιώθεις άνετα, όμορφα και θες να ξαναπάς, γιατί περνάς ωραία! The gym is located in a very beautiful and convenient location, close to the sea and with parking spaces. The coach is really nice an the training really good ! They speak Greek but also English so it's perfect for non greek people too ! The training is good for beginners and athletics people because it can be adapted to all level... They're great ! I highly recommend !
