Kefalonia's only Five star resort! Magnificent amenities. A resort where relaxation, wellness and tranquility is set in front of the aqua marine water's of Lourdas beach.

We have used this company twice in 2016 and stayed at Kanila Beach Villa and Villa Zeus in Lourdas. Both villas great location and views. Villa Zeus is simply incredible.... Unique were helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Have no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking to travel to Kefalonia and rent a villa.

Absolutely appalling! We had a serious fuse box electrical fire at our villa, and Dora, our 'concierge', never even bothered to return our many calls and emails for help. I spent 4hrs of our expensive private chef meal for our wedding anniversary, in the dark, having to deal with Greek electricians who didn't speak English. Dora offered no help the next day either, despite the stench of the fire, burnt plastic, end extinguisher fumes, and us having small children there. No help, no compensation.

I stayed at lourdas bay villa with my wife and 2 young kids and had a fantastic time. The island had the best beaches that we had ever seen and the villa was beautiful. We had sensational service all round but our concierge Stavros went above and beyond. He was so friendly and helpful and always checking in on us to ensure we were happy. A concierge that is now our friend. We are at Zante now and it doesn’t compare to Kefalonia. Kefalonia is still beautiful and natural, unlike Xanthe which has been effected by tourists. I have been a prior client of Unique Villas Kefalonia on two prior occasions. My two prior stays were extremely pleasant and the villa very accessible. As such I decided to book another villa with the company in Skala known as Ifandis located, in Palia Skala, Kefalonia. The company web site does not actually disclose the location of the villa or the road conditions to get to the villa. Needless to say that unless you are familiar with the roads of Kefalonia, it is impossible to locate the villa. Once you lucky to find the villa after going up and down the winding roads, you next have to traverse a very step driveway up to the Villa. If you are not an experienced driver you are not getting up the driveway. My wife and I as professionals also need access to the internet. Needless to say there was NO internet service and worse of all you could not call the company and complain because there was no phone service at the location either. We had to leave the villa and travel into town and go to an internet cafe to conduct our business. We were able to call Unique Villas and email them while in town and explain what was going on with the villa. After two emails Unique Villas reached back to us the next morning. Although we offered multiple solutions to the company such as moving us, crediting us for next year or refunding us, they would do neither. Instead they said they could not accommodate us, and would send a technician over to check the wifi, totally ignoring the issue of the dangerous drive to the villa, especially at night and the steepness of the driveway. What was disappointing the most was the lack of loyalty in dealing with a problem from a repeat customer. I would not recommend this company. Horrible experience.

My favorite place to travel to is the hidden gem; the island of Kefalonia. Unfortunately what Unique Villa doesn't advertise and fails to tell you is that Villa Ifandis is extremely difficult to find and once you locate it ,good luck getting your car up the steep dangerous road leading up to it. My husband and I had to leave the car at the bottom of the hill and walk our luggage up. Once we finally got up the hill and settled in the villa we were then once again disappointed to find that the internet was not working and their was no cell phone service. We were not able to make any calls or do any work. We contacted management and asked to be moved. They took their time to respond. Finally when mgt. did they would not move us to another villa, nor refund us or give us a credit. Would not recommend this villa. They misrepresented themselves. We packed up and went to another hotel Tesoro Blue which is beautiful, across Skala beach and has great internet.
