Ένα αστέρι κ πολύ είναι. Κάκιστη συμπεριφορά, μηδέν επαγγελματισμός. Πριν λίγο καιρό ήρθα σε επικοινωνία με το μαγαζί για ένα μπουφάν το οποίο διαφήμισαν στα social κ ενώ με επιβεβαίωσαν ότι υπήρχε στο νούμερο που ήθελα έκανα κράτηση, πήγα την ίδια μέρα να το παραλάβω κ μου είπαν χαζές δικαιολογίες ότι δήθεν είχαν κάνει λάθος κ δεν κατάλαβαν καλά κ προσπαθούσαν να μου πουλήσουν παρόμοιο προϊόν. Τελικά μου έσκασαν το παραμύθι ότι το είχαν πουλήσει λίγη ώρα πριν. Κ ενώ ένιωσα πραγματικά να με κοροϊδεύουν έδωσα τόπο στην οργή κ επισκέφτηκα κ πάλι το κατάστημα. Μόλις μπήκα ο κυρίως μάλλον ιδιοκτήτης ήταν αγενεστατος κ συγκεκριμένα μου είπε ότι αν δεν έχω σκοπό να αγοράσω κάτι να μην τους κρατάω γιατί είχαν κλείσει κ ταμείο. Πριν καν φτάσω στα ρούχα, επίσης να σημειώσω ότι πήγα 45 λεπτά πριν το κλείσιμο των καταστημάτων όπως ορίζει ο εμπορικός σύλλογος. Όταν του το είπα μου απάντησε ότι οι άλλοι ας κλείνουν όποτε θέλουν εμείς θα κλείσουμε τώρα. Φυσικά κ έφυγα από το μαγαζί κ φυσικά κ δεν θα ξαναπατήσω. Θλίβομαι που ενώ τα εμπορικά καταστήματα στην πόλη μου δεινοπαθουν κ ενώ το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο είναι στα ύψη, διώχνουν πελάτες. Επισκέφτηκα κατάστημα της Benetton την επόμενη μέρα σε κοντινή πόλη, οι κοπέλες ήταν ευγενέστατες, η ποικιλία των ρούχων μεγαλύτερα βρήκα όλα αυτά που ήθελα, κ το κυριότερο; Το μπουφάν που ήθελα Παρ όλο που δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμο εκείνη την στιγμή με ενημέρωσαν σε δύο μέρες ότι υπήρχε κ μου το έστειλαν χωρίς καμία χρέωση. Μετά παραπονιούνται γιατί δεν στηρίζουμε την αγορά της πόλης μας... όταν οι ίδιοι κάνουν τα πάντα για να διώχνουν τους πελάτες τους.

It's a star too. Bad behavior, zero professionalism. Some time ago I contacted the store for a jacket which was advertised on social media and while they confirmed that it was in the number I wanted I made a reservation, I went to pick it up the same day and they told me stupid excuses that they had made a mistake and did not understand well and they were trying to sell me a similar product. Eventually the story broke that they had sold it a little while ago. While I really felt being mocked I gave way to rage and visited the store again. As soon as I entered, the main owner was rather rude and specifically told me that if I did not intend to buy something, I should not keep them because they had closed the fund. Before I even get to the clothes, I should also note that I went 45 minutes before the closing of the stores as defined by the trade association. When I told him he replied that let the others close whenever they want we will close now. Of course I left the store and of course I will not tread again. I am saddened that while the shops in my city are suffering and while the e-commerce is soaring, they are driving away customers. I visited a Benetton store the next day in a nearby town, the girls were very kind, the variety of clothes bigger I found everything I wanted, and most importantly? The jacket I wanted Although it was not available at that time, they informed me in two days that it was there and they sent it to me free of charge. Then they complain because we do not support the market of our city ... when they themselves do everything to drive away their customers.
