★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι η τέλεια επιλογή για διαμονή στην πόλη των Ιωαννίνων. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο, ζεστό όλες τις ώρες σε μέρες με υπερβολικό κρύο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!
It is the perfect choice for accommodation in the city of Ioannina. The house is comfortable, very beautiful and neat, warm all hours on days with extreme cold. The hosts are polite and helpful. I highly recommend it !!

Κλείσαμε με booking για μια διανυκτέρευση (κρίμα πού είχαμε μόνο μια μέρα στα Ιωάννινα).
Το διαμέρισμα (2 υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, κουζίνα) ολοκαίνουριο και πεντακάθαρο.
Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (με καφέ και τα σχετικά του πρωινού, ψωμί, βουτυρο, μαρμελάδα, χυμός, να μας περιμένουν στο ψυγείο).
Ολοκαίνουργια ορθοπεδικα στρώματα και ησυχία στη γειτονιά μας ξεκούρασαν πραγματικά μετά το γλέντι της προηγούμενης βραδιάς.
Μπορεί να σας μπερδέψει λίγο η Google την πρώτη φορά που θα φθάσετε, αλλά τελικά θα ανακαλύψετε ότι είναι μόλις δύο λεπτά από τον κεντρικό, ούτε δέκα λεπτά από το κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων.

Fantastic.
We booked for one night (a pity we only had one day in Ioannina).
The apartment (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen) brand new and spotless.
Fully equipped kitchen (with coffee and breakfast, bread, butter, jam, juice, waiting for us in the fridge).
Brand new orthopedic mattresses and quiet in our neighborhood really rested after last night's party.
Google may confuse you a little the first time you arrive, but you will eventually find that it is only two minutes from the main, not even ten minutes from the center of Ioannina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο προσφέροντας άνεση στους 4 ενήλικες που μείναμε εκει. Τα δωμάτια και ολο το σπίτι ήταν Καθαρά και απο εξοπλισμό είχε τα πάντα. Είναι ενα προσεγμένο και ολοκληρωμένο σπίτι που μπορεί να μείνει εύκολα απο ένα ζευγάρι μέχρι και μια ολόκληρη οικογένεια. Σίγουρα value for money και ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός.
Είναι λίγο απομακρυσμένο από το κέντρο οπότε θέλεις αυτοκίνητο σίγουρα. Απο την άλλη, είναι σε μια καλή και πολύ προσεγμένη περιοχή.
The house was extremely spacious offering comfort to the 4 adults we stayed there. The rooms and the whole house were clean and had everything from equipment. It is a neat and complete house that can be easily left by a couple up to an entire family. Definitely value for money and the owner very friendly and helpful.
It is a bit far from the center so you want a car for sure. On the other hand, it is in a good and very well maintained area.
