Great family run beachfront hotel has excellent staff, food and facilities. It's very clean and tidy inside, a good mix of modern and traditional. Although it has lots of steps it was ok for us and it is part of its character that's well laid out.

I would like to draw attention to the ''chair manager - Νικος'' on the beach , to work on communication and improve it. Each guest is important and should be respected. Namely, I had a really bad situation in which the ''chair manager'' was very rude to me. I wanted to move to chairs that were closer to the sea, after one family left and they were empty. He showed up behind my back, I didn’t even understand he was a worker there and he just told me ,,this is busy now!'' Without any Hello or some introduction/explanation. I asked why? He boldly replied - ,,Because I'm the manager here and I can do whatever I want!" Additionaly, we left €20 even if we didn't spend that money on drinks because our bill didn't amount that much but as a cultural guest I followed the bar rule. By the way our chairs was in the 3rd row. If your policy is not to accept guests who are not from the hotel or you have some rules, inform everyone nicely, with cultural behavior. Really really bad for the beach bar imagine! Thanks

Excellent hotel, next to the beach with own sunbeds included in the price, but also within 10 mins walking distance from the town of Parga. Hotel itself is nice and clean, with linens and towels changed every day. The owner and the stuff are very devoted and helpful. Best compliments to the chefs, the food is outstanding, the menu is well picked and offers a variety of Greek and international specialties. All summarized, the hotel is all you need for a perfect vacation. Definitely recommended to stay at, and we are coming back

I was in Parga for business reasons but at the same time I wanted to combine my holidays ... I was looking to find a hotel that is among the luxurious and well-kept ... It was the only and the best choice ... I highly recommend it !!!

Room balcony had a washing line with a few pegs, handy. Most rooms have some sort os sea view looking onto the bay, you can hear the waves against the shore from your room. Nice beach The walk into town is lovely and, hilly, steep and then descending, very scenic if you're strong and mobile, otherwise you can get a taxi. You had to pay to use a beach longer, even though the loungers belong to the Valtos Beach Hotel. As paying. guests in the hotel we had to pay to use the hotel's beach loungers. Never known a hotel to do this to it's own guests!! Waiter in the restaurant forgot my dessert on the first night, I waited over one hour then another waiter asked the correct waiter to get it and that a=waiter looked visibly unhappy about it, he then told me he didn't have any more of the desert I ordered, I told him he should have pointed this out before keeping waiting for over one hour, he then apologised and asked if I would like an alternative. The desert should not have been charged after all this, not impressed. The meals didn't include any drinks, not even table water. You can have juice as part of breakfast though. A basic fruit juice was 5 Euros. The eggplant side dish was not nice at all, it was very oily mush of eggplant and aubergine, I couldn't eat it. Gets cold in the evenings so take some warm clothes as well (October). There was no evening entertainment. The sliding door on the hotel room balcony was faulty with a huge gap that let in a draft and a potential security risk. The outside frame was coming away from the wall in one corner. It seemed like the room was not quite finished, one of the bathroom cabinets had no doorknob, the bathroom had no standing shower, just an attachment to the jacuzzi style bath taps, wrapped around the tap. No cushioning on the balcony sun lounger - bit hard, but I suppose this is pretty common. No full length mirror in the room!!! No complimentary soaps or toiletries in the room, just a dispenser on the wall for soap. The water in the fridge is not replenished each day by the hotel, you have to go out and buy your own.

Just come back from a holiday in Parga. Hotel was excellent with great views and very picturesque area, service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble for any staff members.
