Nice place.great pool. The only thing I did not like is that there was not hot water all the time. If you had a shower and someone else was having a shower at the hotel you would end up showering with cold water or sometimes no water at all.

It initially looks great. After settling in however, all the negatives start to show. The wifi is barely functional; if you ever manage to connect, be quick cause you'll get disconnected within minutes. The beds are uncomfortable, worst pillows ever. The towels are too old and hard. No shampoo or soap, just a bit of liquid hand soap. The fridge was broken, functioning ok but making a lot of noise that woke me up every night.

Rooms are not cleaned dialy even on polite request. Water is not enough for the upper floors in the evening. The staff is friendly but not helping much with the issues. I guess this is what they can. The barbecue is not available for the hotel's guests despite it has been promised.

Thiefs! Worst experience ever. I am very sorry when writing this negative review, but in cases like mine I wish these facilities to be run from competent people, not from arrogant and totally uncompetent personnel like the owner of this place. I left some money in my room since the first day I was there and on the 3rd day, when the room was cleaned, I got robbed. I talked to the owner of the place, which turned out to be the son of the original owner and did not have a clue on how to run a business, nor how to deal with customers. He firstly told me that he will call the police because this was a serious issue (I assume to scare me somehow), then when I promptly accepted he said that I should call them because I have a problem, not him. Police was of course helpless, so was the poor owner - not a word of sorry, instead he started screaming at me how frustrated he is with customers stupid requests, insinuating I invented the whole story. After 2 hours in the reception listening to the owner management issues, the best option he could come out with is a 50euro discount on the room price, only in case I would agree on him deleting the booking reservation as a "no show". The offer was of course rejected with disgust. Last but not least, the place is situated on a main road, therefore extremely noisy at night. Room was very poor, old furniture, dirty forks and knives in the kitchen, very old and noisy fridge. No soap and sponge for dish cleaning. No soap or shampoo in the shower, very low water pressure, no hot water in the evening and no water in the morning for 2 of the 4 days I stayed there. WiFi not working on 2nd floor. To sum it up - a total disaster, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Don’t seem to go out of their way for customer service. I just checked in after a full day of driving and all I wanted to do was hangout by the pool. I went and sat down at one of the chairs and the manager at 2:20 said to me I can not swim here, they close the pool from 2:30-5:30. Then she proceeded to go and sit next to me at the bar and smoke her cigarette and scroll her phone? When I went back at 5:30 the pool was basically all covered in shade.... Another annoying thing was the wifi was basically non existent. The rooms were clean though and spacious enough.

The hosts are the kindest we coukd meet in Sithonia, always ready to help us with any request. The pool is a great addition for families with kids and there are not many compounds with this facility in Sarti. It is not in the front line of the beach but this turned to be a great advantage durin weekends, when the noisy parties were far away from our ears and we could rest during night.

A exquisitely polite warmly welcoming landlady and a hotel owner Mrs Evi provided us immediate shelter on a night hotel swap ! Quiet, even though on the central road crossing Sarti, remains discrete, with a small swimming pool ideal for families and couples. Spotlessly clean, tidy with good A/Cs facilities, very good bedsits. This is the first night's impression; will come back for a further review tomorrow

We loved it! People are kind and the atmosphere is relaxing. Hotel is clean, cleaning is done per request, otherwise nobody enters the rooms. There is a lot of parking space. The pool is great, there is a bar by the pool...all in all a good place to spend your time.
