Vanoro Hotel - Dodekanisou 6

The hotel was good. The rooms were a bit small but that's since the hotel is right in the center. From the hotel you can go to the famous white tower in about 15 minutes of walking. The only thing is that even though it's a 5 star hotel it didn't have a swimming pool.

We stayed 4 nights at the end of May 2022. We booked a junior suite and paid 180 euro per night including breakfast and without the ability to cancel. The room was a large size room great big bed, couch chairs and more. The bathroom had a double sink and twin shower - what a great idea!! The room has a safe mini bar iron and ironing board. We had fruit and champagne on arrival plus the following day (the day of our anniversary) Breakfast - has a different concept then most hotels - it isn't a buffet but your order from a menu. The menu is very rich and you can order as much as you want - breakfast is a flat charge. Espresso coffee is included as well as a full variety of hot drinks. As breakfast is from a menu it is served all day, no need to be at the dinning room at a specific hour. We both a had a massage which was wonderful one of the best we ever had. The masseur was Christine - ask for her! We found street parking every evening - and with the help of the staff they provided "double parking" service at no cost. The location is excellent - walking distance from all the attractions and fantastic restaurants. All the staff from the reception to the dinning room to the cleaning staff all went out of there way to help us out! We used the taxi service the hotel provided for the airport transfer - it was efficient and pleasant and cost 25 euro. A few areas that you should be aware of: 1. The hotel has no view - the windows point to the street. It did not bother us a bit. In fact the room has two small windows that provide limited natural light, but enough light for the room. 2. The Hotel is small I would classify this as a boutique hotel. 3. There is one elevator that services all 7 floors. My recommendation is to book early and enjoy!

The staff wasn't staff; they were like friends. I felt so comfortable there. Breakfast all day was beyond generous-i was so happy because I am never ready for breakfast early in the morning. I have never received such kind help for personal requests at any Hotel. You can see the effort that is put forth to make your stay as fantastic as possible.

The rooms are super spacious. The bed mattresses are to die for (or on ?). Breakfast was quite good. But what stood out the most was the service from every single person (reception, restaurant, cleaning crew). They were friendly and attending in a very effortless and genuine way. You guys, deserve a lot of credit. Absolutely recommended!

One of the best hotels in Thessaloniki. Clean rooms, excellent services, parking in front of the hotel. Very close to the most of the Thessaloniki's attractions and the University. Great choice for buisness travel or for vacation!

Perfection in all categories : the place, the rooms, the food, the people. I visit Thessaloniki a lot for business trips. First of all breakfast is been served anytime during the day. And in the night too if you wish. The rooms are 5 star hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Veey good wine list and excellent food by a very good chef. Congratulations I really enjoyed my stay. See you again

Great choice for anyone who visits Thessaloniki. Located in the center of the city, just a few minutes away from the most central streets. The rooms are clean and decorated with taste! The crew is really helpful and willing to serve the guests’ needs for a pleasant stay!

A new hotel in the centre of Thessaloniki, modernly furbished, excellent and welcoming staff, magical details throughout the rooms and lobby area, extra features such as the all day breakfast and the free parking! These things are not taken for granted in Thessaloniki because most if not all hotels there are mediocre. And Vanoro offers very competitive prices as well. Truly amazing experience and now I have found my new home every time I come to Thessaloniki.
