★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schmutziges und heruntergekommenes Apartment. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. In einem Schlafzimmer ist Schimmel an der Wand. Die Dachterrasse ist dermaßen mit Vogelkot zugedreckt, dass es eine Gesundheitsgefahr darstellt. Es wird so schlecht gereinigt, dass man überall Sand findet, selbst auf der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche. Von dem Sand unter den Sofakissen könnte man glatt eine Sandburg bauen.
Ich hatte die Wohnung von Deutschland aus privat gebucht und eine Anzahlung geleistet, weil sie auf den Fotos der Anbieterin sehr gut aussieht. In Wirklichkeit ist sie nahezu unbewohnbar und ich habe mir vor Ort ein anderes Apartment suchen müssen. Die Anzahlung (ca. 1/5 des Mietpreises) habe ich bis heute nicht erstattet bekommen.
Die Besitzerin ist Bulgarin und wohnt in London. Es kommt kein persönlicher Kontakt zu Stande, nur Email. Anfangs hat sie mich wegen der Rückerstattung der Anzahlung immer wieder vertröstet. Mittlerweile (nach 3 Monaten) antwortet sie nicht mal mehr auf Nachrichten.
Ein Stern nur deshalb, weil 0 nicht geht.
Kann vor diesem Apartment nur warnen.
 Very dirty and shabby apartment. Absolutely not recommended. There is mold on the wall in one bedroom. The roof terrace is so covered with bird droppings that it is a health hazard. It gets so badly cleaned that you can find sand everywhere, even on the kitchen countertop. You could easily build a sand castle from the sand under the sofa cushions.
I had booked the apartment privately from Germany and made a down payment because it looks very good in the seller's photos. In reality it is almost uninhabitable and I had to look for another apartment on site. The deposit (about 1/5 of the rental price) has not been refunded to this day.
The owner is Bulgarian and lives in London. There is no personal contact, only email. At first she kept putting me off about the refund of the deposit. Meanwhile (after 3 months) she no longer even replies to messages.
A star only because 0 doesn't work.
