★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίοι επαγγελματίες! Παραγγειλα τηλεφωνικά ομοιοπαθητικά ΧΑΠΙΑ. Όταν άνοιξα το μπουκαλάκι είδα μέσα ΚΑΨΟΥΛΕΣ. Όταν ξανά πήγα να πάρω τα σωστά, μου τα χρέωσαν κανονικά, χωρίς να μου αφαιρέσουν τα 8 ευρώ που είχα πληρωσει για δικό τους λάθος. Και η δικαιολογία τους; Ότι έπρεπε να τα ζητήσω ως pills και όχι ως χάπια. Με τον όρο χάπια αυτοί λογικά καταλαβαίνουν κάψουλες. Άσχετα που pills στα αγγλικά είναι τα χάπια.
Πάντως και κάποια άλλα πράγματα που πήρα ήταν πανακριβα. Κρέμα που όλα τα φαρμακεία την έχουν 16 ευρώ, αυτοί την έχουν 22.
Nice professionals! I ordered homeopathic PILLS by phone. When I opened the bottle I saw inside CAPSULES. When I went to get the right ones again, they charged me normally, without deducting the 8 euros I had paid for their mistake. And their excuse? That I should ask for them as pills and not as pills. By the term pills they logically understand capsules. No matter which pills in English are the pills.
However, some other things I got were very expensive. Cream that all pharmacies have 16 euros, they have 22.
