★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varka is without doubt one of the finest restaurants in the Ionian Sea. The service is exemplary. Don’t scoff at the house white — it was our favourite. Three words: crab leg croquettes. Chili cheese spread. Stuffed squid. The whole menu. We hired a boat just to go back again. Thanks for the hospitality have a great winter.

This was by far the best meal I had in my trip to the Ionian islands. Many thanks to the Varka family and staff for an excellent meal and for helping me out with my boat troubles!

Gorgeous family run restaurant right on the seafront. What a place, what a setting and the food - fantastic! The freshest of seafood and the loveliest and most helpful service. A fabulous lunch stop on our sailing holiday.
