M	Martin Veenstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant surprise! Affordable, friendly, good food. And shielded from the wind. Vasilikos restaurant and restaurant Bellissimo are in the same building. Actually, we got the menus for both restaurant as they share one kitchen. Super practical if some want Greek, and some want Italian food. We had our most enjoyable dinner on the island here. I recommend this restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend it. The owner’s wife checked in on us regularly and took us to meet her chef husband. Wonderful experience.
C	Celine T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Greek tavern, very good fish- all fresh from the day, no frozen food here- and a various choice of dishes and cuisine as they also have an Italian menu and do very tasty pizzas. Portions are generous, the reservation easy on internet or with the very amiable lady on the phone, Dimitri's our waiter is no nice and knowledgeable about food and wines. A nice Greek music in the background would be a plus :) A very nice place we found to avoid overcrowded and unfriendly places nearby. We are so glad we gave it a go... Twice !

Had a Greek mezze to start then keleftico and sardines, with a very nice rosé. The sardines were beautifully presented. We finished with a couple of cocktails and some mastic. A really special touch was a complimentary lift back up the hill from the owner. Thank you for a memorable evening xx

From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with smiles by manager Theo and promptly taken to our table. We were then introduced to our waitress for the night, Maria who was attentive and helpful throughout the evening. We had an aubergine starter followed by chicken gyros, and the lamb kleftiko for mains finishing off with a cheesecake for dessert. All the dishes were sublime and fantastic value for money. We were even given complimentary mastiha and a lift to our nearby hotel. Can’t praise the team enough, thank you to Vasilikos for making the first day of our honeymoon extra special.
