R	Rena Mlnd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συμπληρώνοντας την αρχική μου ανάρτηση η οποία φαίνεται παρακάτω, θα πω ότι ο επαγγελματισμός δεν έχει να κάνει μόνο με την ποιότητα αλλά και με την συμπεριφορά προς τον πελάτη... παρήγγειλα λοιπόν μια τούρτα για γενέθλια που αρχικά αρνήθηκαν να φτιάξουν λέγοντας ότι οι γεύσεις που θέλω είναι μόνο για τις τούρτες της βιτρίνας που έχουν προς πώληση και είναι μικρού μεγέθους ενώ εγώ ήθελα μεγαλύτερη όπως οι περισσότεροι φαντάζομαι που κάνουν γενέθλια και έχουν κόσμο ..παρόλα αυτά η υπάλληλος έφερε την ιδιοκτήτρια η οποία είπε ότι τελικά θα φτιάξει την τούρτα αλλά στα 1,600 κιλά, ήταν το μεγαλύτερο βάρος που μπορούσε...συμβιβαστηκα με αυτό αλλά όταν πηγα να την παραλάβω μου έδωσαν από τη βιτρίνα μια μικρη τούρτα όπως και οι υπόλοιπες ίδιες που ήταν μαζί και αφού διαμαρτυρηθηκα η απάντηση της ιδιοκτησίας ήταν ότι 300 γραμμάρια λιγότερα δεν είναι τίποτα...επισης οι ευχές ήταν γραμμένες σε ένα ταμπέλακι που ξεκάθαρα δείχνει ότι πήραν απλά την τούρτα από την παραγωγή για τη βιτρινα και μου την έδωσαν...θα αφήσω το αρχικό μου σχόλιο αλλά θα ορίσω ότι το εγγύηση που αναφέρω αφορά μόνο την ποιότητα η οποία ελπίζω να παραμείνει, άσχετα εάν δεν έχω σκοπό να ξαναπάω ( και ψώνιζα σχεδόν κάθε εβδομάδα ).////////Εντάξει...απλά με τα μάτια κλειστά....δεν χρειάζεται να πω κάτι παραπάνω ! Εγγύηση από μόνο του το ζαχαροπλαστείο αυτό ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Completing my original post which is shown below, I will say that professionalism has to do not only with quality but also with the attitude towards the customer ... so I ordered a birthday cake that they initially refused to make saying that the flavors that I want it is only for the showcase cakes that are for sale and are small in size while I wanted bigger like most I imagine they have birthdays and are crowded .. nevertheless the clerk brought the owner who said that she will finally make the cake but in 1,600 kilos, it was the heaviest weight it could ... I compromised with it but when I went to pick it up they gave me a small cake from the window like the rest of them that were together and after I protested the property's answer was that 300 grams less it's nothing ... also the wishes were written on a label that clearly shows that they just took the cake from the production for the shop window and me they gave it ... I will leave my initial comment but I will define that the guarantee I mention only concerns the quality which I hope will remain, regardless of whether I do not intend to go again (and I shop almost every week) .////// //Okay .... just with your eyes closed .... I do not need to say anything more! Guarantee this patisserie by itself! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Μας είχαν συστήσει οι συγγενείς μας που μένουν σχετικά κοντά στην γειτονιά σας.
