★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no staff looking after the fish spa and we were left sitting there for an hour. the staff are disinterested ( running the coffee shop next door) and it's not a 'spa' experience: they weren't kind to my daughter who wanted her toenails painted. I wouldn't bother to go there, they need some proper beauty staff to take care of customers and improve the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst manicure I ever had. I asked for round nails, she made them squared even after I had her notice it was not what I asked. She cut my skin up to make it bleed, and when I asked her to clean that mess with alcol, she grudged me. It took 55 min for manicure, and with that result I canceled my pedicure.
