★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Peter and his shop "Unique Designs". The combined showroom and work studio is conveniently located near Praktiker in Kalamata. The showroom has some already-fabricated furniture and decorative items, but he also does a lot of custom work. Our first project with Peter was a custom outdoor couch with a metal framework and cushions. It turned out perfectly. We discussed ideas for the project, and Peter offered helpful suggestions that factored in details important for overall design, as well as structural and fabrication considerations. Peter coordinated every aspect of the project: including a superior paint job, the custom-made cushions and delivery of the couch to our house in Mani. He has a great eye for detail and he is fun and easy to work with.
We have since worked with Peter on at least six other projects, large and small, of varying types. Each has been a wonderful experience and outcome. His work is of very high quality, but we find his pricing to be very fair. Please, do stop into Peter's shop, and if you need any type of custom metal fabrication, this is the right place.
