A	Anna Papazoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέχρι στιγμής έχω κάνει δυο παραγγελίες από το site. Tα προϊόντα ήταν όπως ακριβώς τα περιγράφει το site, ήρθαν άριστα συσκευασμένα και πάρα πολύ γρήγορα. Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών τηλεφωνικά λειτουργεί επίσης πολύ αποτελεσματικά. (Είχα ξεχάσει κάποια καπάκια, το κατάλαβαν και μου τηλεφώνησαν να με ρωτήσουν, αν θέλω να συμπληρώσω την παραγγελία) Ένα προβληματάκι είχαμε την πρώτη φορά που παράγγειλα, όπου είχα επιλέξει αποστολή με την μεταφορική με την οποία συνεργάζονται. Έγινε κάποιο λάθος και χρεώθηκαν υπέρογκα και παράλογα έξοδα αποστολής. Όμως μόλις τους τηλεφώνησα το διόρθωσαν αμέσως και εφόσον δεν ήταν σαφές από ποιον έγινε το λάθος, δεν επηρέασε πολύ την τελική μου αξιολόγηση για την εταιρεία, όμως στην δεύτερη παραγγελία επέλεξα τα ΕΛΤΑ όπου η χρέωση είναι συγκεκριμένη και δεν έχει εκπλήξεις. Συνολικά η γνώμη μου είναι πως πρόκειται για αποτελεσματική εταιρεία με απεριόριστη γκάμα προϊόντων, αρκεί να μην αναλαμβάνουν την αποστολή. So far I have placed two orders from the site. The products were exactly as the site describes them, they came perfectly packaged and very fast. Customer service by phone also works very efficiently. (I had forgotten some lids, they understood and called me to ask if I want to complete the order) We had a little problem the first time I ordered, where I had chosen shipping with the shipping company with which they work. An error was made and shipping costs were charged exorbitantly and unreasonably. However, as soon as I called them, they corrected it immediately and since it was not clear who made the mistake, it did not affect my final evaluation for the company, but in the second order I chose ELTA where the charge is specific and has no surprises. Overall, my opinion is that this is an efficient company with an unlimited range of products, as long as they do not undertake the mission.
D	Darky Moon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή ποιότητα προϊόντων, αναφέρομαι σε αγορά βαζάκια για αρώματα, ξεφτυσμένα τα χρώματα, τα σπρέυ της πλάκας. Συγνώμη κύριοι αλλά οτι πήρα από εσάς ήταν σχεδόν σκουπίδι, είδα βέβαια τις τιμές αλλά περίμενα οτι είναι τοσο χαμηλές λόγω του οτι εξυπηρετούν κυρίως εταιρίες, αλλά με αυτα που ειδα στα προϊόντα, αναρωτιέμαι ποιός μπορεί να μένει ικανοποιημένος απο αυτα που φέρνετε.....Κατανοώ οτι πρέπει να υπάρχουν και τα φτηνά ώστε να εξηπυρετείται ενα μεγάλο μέρος του κοινού αλλά τα δικά σας είναι έτσι στην πλειψηφία τους. Edit: Μετά από απάντηση απο το κατάστημα (κατα την γνώμη μου για να αποπροσανατολίσει) αν θέλετε απαντήσεις και για την αυθεντικότητα των φωτογραφιών ανατρέξτε στην παραγγελία με αριθμό #214005 κύριοι, και φυσικά και δεν επικοινώνισα μαζί σας γιατί προφανώς δεν θέλω να μου στείλετε και άλλα "προϊόντα" σαν αυτά που παρέλαβα. Όσον αφορά για το χαρακτηριστικό που δεν βλέπετε καθώς σας τύφλωσε η ομορφιά του προϊόντος σας, νομίζω οτι εκεί δεν μπορώ να βοηθήσω περισσότερο. Poor quality products, I am referring to the market of jars for perfumes, frayed colors, the sprays of the plate. Sorry gentlemen but what I got from you was almost rubbish, of course I saw the prices but I expected that they are so low because they serve mainly companies, but with what I saw in the products, I wonder who can be satisfied with what you bring .... I understand that there must be cheap ones in order to serve a large part of the public, but yours is like that in the majority of them. Edit: After reply from the store (in my opinion to disorient) if you want answers and for the authenticity of the photos refer to the order with number # 214005 gentlemen, and of course I did not contact you because obviously I do not want you to send me other "products" like the ones I received. As for the feature you do not see as you were blinded by the beauty of your product, I think there I can not help more.
