Είναι ειλικρινές, ανθρώπινο και δεν νοιάζεται να εισπράττει χρήματα αντικαθιστώντας ανταλλακτικά χωρίς λόγο.
Ερευνά την ζημιά, προχωράει βήμα βήμα και ενημερώνει τον πελάτη για το κόστος επισκευής σε κάθε στάδιο.
Είναι ευγενικοί κ η παραμονή στις εγκαταστάσεις τους είναι ευχάριστη.. Διαθέτουν μίνι παιδότοπο, κάτι που βλέπεις μονο σε αντιπροσωπείες δυτικών χωρων..
Ένα "μείων" κατά το διάστημα των δικών μου επισκευών στο συνεργείο, ήταν ο προγραμματισμός..
Κάτι για το οποίο μου μίλησε ο κ. Παρασκευάς Βεγελεκτσής, ζητώντας πολλές φορές συγνώμη. Δείχνοντας μου ότι σύντομα κάτι τέτοιο θα αποτελεί παρελθόν, αφού δεν συμβαδίζει με την αντίληψη κ την ποιότητα της εταιρίας!
My experience concerns the workshop of the company Vegelektsis:
She is honest, humane and does not care to collect money by replacing spare parts for no reason.
Investigates the damage, goes step by step and informs the customer about the cost of repair at each stage.
They are polite and the stay in their facilities is pleasant .. They have a mini playground, something you only see in western countries ..
One "minus" during my own repairs in the workshop, was the planning ..
Something that Mr. Paraskevas Vegelektsis spoke to me about, apologizing many times. Showing me that such a thing will soon be a thing of the past, since it does not go hand in hand with the perception and quality of the company!
