Veikou Beautiful Homes - Veikou 82

Pésimo lugar. Malas condiciones del apartamento, donde nada sirve (refrigerafora, calefacción). Es de 2 habitaciones, no de 3. Y en invierno se congela. No calentó en 3 días. No nos dieron suficiente ropa de cama y nos picaron pulgas o algún insecto en las camas. Es de terror el lugar!!!

It's not costly we can enter at any time after our trip...we have kitchen facilities...two bedroom and one toilet.... Terrace and balcony....500: meters near metro station

Not a good experience. The cleaning team almost throw us out after we talked to the owner and she said it was o.k to stay until 15.00 . We left early and felt bad. The apartment itself is clean ,small, very basic. No coffee or tea or milk complimentary.

As always, Veikou Beautiful Homes is the perfect place to stay, or start the trip to the islands, with its spacious two apartments, quietly and centrally located close to the ancient town. Super clean and a lot of space at low cost. Top.

Not a great experience and the flat certainly needs an upgrade, desperately...from the walls to the furniture. The place has an unrealised potential. I liked the balcony, but then there was water dripping from the ac and slippery tiles were all wet. The flat has two toilets and only 1 bathroom. Not great for such a spacious apartment. We stayed in a group of 11 people and we only had one pair of keys. I would suggest the owner changes the name from "beautiful" to basic homes. The good point was the location: walking distance to the Centre and excellent dining options all around. Overall I would not recommend.

We have booked this aparment via booking.com several weeks ago. I really understand that all prices went up due to war in Ukraine. If the price was deemed too low, it could be subject to further negotiation. But the owners did something absolutely unacceptable and refused to let us in on the day of our arrival! I suspect that this was due to reason that they booked it outside booking.com to a third party for a higher price. They only said over the intercom downstairs "Apartment is under renovation, goodbye" and we were suddenly forced to find 3 nights accomodation for 8 people and a baby. To add insult to the injury they informed booking.com that they cancel our stay because we did not check in!!! Combined with the reviews below about the standard, I really discourage everyone from staying here.

The Place doesn't even deserve 1 star but I can not give 0 stars. It was a total desaster. I travel much and I booked many accomodations with booking.com but it was the first time that I had a situation like this. I booked a stay for 3 nights in Athens in Veikou Beautiful Homes via booking in February. The booking succeeded and I even had a contact with the owner recording airport transfer. Everything seemed to be normal. At the day of our arrival i wrote her a message from the airport via booking that we will be there in about 30 mins. Ok asked how we can get to the apartment. She didnt reply. We took a taxi to the location. And I couldn't believe my eyes and ears. The location was closed. I called her and first she didn't pick up and then she picked up and said "We are having a renovation. Hotel is closed". And she hang up ? I tried to call her many times but she didn't pick up. Then I asked her Greek neighbor to call her from the Greek number. She picked up only for a moment and said something in Greek that I didn't understand. Then she cancelled our booking in booking.com and said the reason was we didn't show up ????? I never saw something like this. Such an ignorance. Probably there was no renovation because it didn't looked like this. I guess she just got different clients who probably paid more. No idea. But I was traveling with my whole family. 9 people and (among the others 1 year old baby,one ill person and two seniors). It was already late evening. We were hungry, with all baggages, and with no place to live the next 3 days. I was searching quickly for some apartment or suite or some hotel to stay in this area (because it was very good located, close to Acropolis. That's why I booked it). But everything was already booked or too small for our group or just too expensive to book it in the very last moment. Please people - DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE CHEATING FINGER WEG!!! TRZYMAĆ SIĘ Z DALEKA!!! OSZUŚCI!!!!
