Unfortunately the owners are so rude and disrespectful that once we called them to ask them about how the COVID19 situation is in Chania, they started yelling. As a result they cancelled our reservation, even if we didnt ask for cancellation. They are the rudest Hosts a traveller can meet. Please dont trust them they can ruin your vacation plans !!! These people are waste of time. No stars at all !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son made a call reservation for our family vacations this summer at this Host. The Hosts are unpleasant and unprofessional at all levels. They cancelled our reservation when we started asking them about the COVID19 situation in Chania. That actually ruined our family vacations at a point. But now i can explain their bad attitude as they double the price of the House for the same period of rent. These Hosts dont respect their customers. Please dont trust them at all. No star if that was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is located in the historical center of chania, which makes it very accessible to everything. Shops, sights of interest, endless alleys to stroll around, beautiful bars and tavernas. There is also a nice beach within walking distance. And most of all you get this timeless feeling of the venetian era. The hosts are helpful and responsive and the property well furnished, fully equiped and absolutely clean. Would definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great and spotless, just right at the Venetian harbour. Initialy We had some doubts after reading some reviews below but I can say that they are far from reality and Its 3 reviews are written by the same family just to hurt the owners of this beatiful place. We stayed for 5 nights, Athena, the owner , allowed us late check out at no extra cost and everything runned so smooth She even gave us recommendations to explore that great part of the island. I would strongly recommend it for your future holiday in Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, almost in the center of Venetian harbor on a quiet side street. House is fully equipped, nicely decorated and has everything you need during your stay, while Athina is very helpful and making sure your stay in her place is a nice experience. Totally recommended!
