It is the exclusive distributor and distributor for Greece, Cyprus and the Balkan countries (Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, FYRO Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina) for all Mon Cheri collections. F	FANI K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι άνθρωποι που δουλεύουν εκεί ξέρουν τη δουλειά τους! Σε αντιμετωπίζουν σαν δικό τους άνθρωπο και το μόνο που θέλουν είναι να σε βοηθήσουν να βρεις αυτό που ψάχνεις. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι τόσο καλή που δεν έχει χρονόμετρο στο ραντεβού σου ή πλαφόν στα νυφικά που θα σου δείξουν! Θέλουν μόνο χαρούμενες νύφες! Και το καταφέρνουν και τους αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια για τον τρόπο που αντιμετωπίζουν την καθεμία. Αυτό που μου έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση ήταν ότι όταν πήγα εκεί με φίλη μου μέλλουσα νύφη ήταν ότι δεν προσπάθησαν να της πουλήσουν ένα νυφικό μόνο και μόνο για την πώληση.. γιατί κατάλαβαν ότι είχε ήδη βρει το νυφικό της κάπου αλλού και της είπαν.. Το νυφικό είναι συναίσθημα, εσύ το έχεις βρει, μην ψάχνεις άλλο γιατί θα μπερδευτείς.. Μπορεί λοιπόν να έχασαν μια πωληση, αλλά κέρδισαν πολλές περισσότερες γιατί όλες όσες ήμασταν εκεί καταλάβαμε ποσό σπουδαίο ήταν αυτό από μέρους τους! Και όλες τις γνωστές και φίλες μας μέλλουσες νύφες θα τις στείλουμε ασυζητητί στο μαγαζί αυτό. Και για να μην ειμαι άδικη μιλώντας μόνο για την εξυπηρέτηση τους, οφείλω να ομολογήσω ότι είχαν καταπληκτικά κομμάτια σε νυφικά. Όλα όσα είχαν στο σάιτ τους που ήταν της τελευταίας συλλογής τα είχαν όλα διαθεσιμα, σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση ακόμη και αυτά παλαιότερης συλλογής, καταπληκτική ποιότητα, καθαρά από καθαριστήριο ΟΛΑ και σε απίστευτες τιμές!!! Πολλά μπράβο σας!!!!! The people who work there know their job! They treat you like their own person and all they want is to help you find what you are looking for. The service is so good that it does not have a timer on your appointment or a ceiling on the wedding dresses that will show you! They just want happy brides! And they succeed and they deserve congratulations for the way they deal with each one. What made a terrible impression on me was that when I went there with a friend of mine, the bride-to-be was that they didn't try to sell her a wedding dress just for sale ... because they realized that she had already found her wedding dress somewhere else and they told her .. wedding dress is an emotion, you have found it, don't look for it anymore because you will be confused .. So they may have lost a sale, but they won a lot more because all of us who were there understood how great it was on their part! And all our well-known and future brides will be sent to this store without question. And in order not to be unfair just by talking about their service, I have to admit that they had amazing pieces in wedding dresses. Everything they had on their site, which was from the last collection, had everything available, in excellent condition, even those of an older collection, amazing quality, pure from a cleaner EVERYTHING and at incredible prices !!! Well done !!!!!
