Vengera Studios - G9X2+5P Vengera Studios

Got the place for a few days in the second half of July. A small apartment (approx 50sqm) with two rooms and a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a very nice veranda which overlooks both the old harbor and the town of Astypalaia. Actually you get great view of it, to such extent that you end up spending the evenings at the veranda stating at the amazing view drinking wine rather than visiting it. The place was spotless clean, the two ladies taking care of it were very nice and extremely polite while the price was in my opinion very competitive and reasonable doe the period. The bed was king size and the matrice excellent. There was an AC unit in the bedroom that operates only when all doors and windows are closed (energy conservation sensor) but we did not need it due to the fresh aegean wind. The only negative was the fact that the bedroom window which also gets a great old town/Castle view, oversees the veranda of the next apartment - so in case the people living there are out, you lack some privacy or have to keep the curtains shut. The place is in walking distance from the old town/castle and the old harbour, while although accessible by car/motorbike as it is on a dead end street there is no traffic at all so it is very calm and quiet. I would definitely recommend the place and would possibly even consider buying it, as I could imagine myself living there longer
