★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ασφάλεια μου είχε λήξει και δε με ειδοποίησαν ποτε . Δεν είχα λάβει ειδοποιητήριο αλλά ουτε με ειδοποίησε το γραφείο ή ο ασφαλιστής.
Ακόμα, η ασφάλεια που είχα πουληθηκε σε άλλη εταιρεία και δεν με ενημέρωσαν για το εαν θέλω να συνεχίσω.
Έστειλα εγώ μήνυμα να δω τι έχει γίνει με την ασφαλεια και ποτε είναι να πληρωθει . Με ενημερωσαν μετα απο αρκετές ώρες πως έληξε και πως δεν είναι υποχρέωση του ασφαλιστή να ενημερώνει. Την επόμενη μέρα ο υπευθυνος του τμήματος ασφαλίσεων αυτοκινήτου μου είπε μια συγγνώμη, δε μου διευκρινησε ποτε γιατί δεν έλαβα ενημέρωση . Αφου ήθελε τόσο πολυ να με βοηθήσει αντί να βρει λυση μου εξέδωσε ένα νέο ασφαλιστήριο δίχως να με ενημερώσει για τις καλυψεις και μου έστειλε κωδικό πληρωμης.Κατι που δεν ζητησα και προφανως και δε θα επιθυμούσα
Μετά από τόσα λάθη και δικά τους απαιτείς τουλάχιστον μια στοιχειώδη εξυπηρέτηση και όχι μια κοροϊδία
 My security had expired and I was never notified. I had not received a notice but neither did the office or the insurer.
Still, the security I had was sold to another company and I was not informed if I wanted to continue.
I sent a message to see what has happened to the security and when it is to be paid. I was informed after several hours that it was over and that it was not the obligation of the insurer to inform. The next day, the head of the car insurance department apologized to me, but he never explained to me why I had not been notified. After he wanted to help me so much instead of finding a solution, he issued me a new insurance policy without informing me about the coverages and sent me a payment code. Something I didn't ask for and obviously I wouldn't want to.
After so many mistakes and their own you require at least a basic service and not a joke
