★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σύγχρονα μηχανήματα , άριστο αποτέλεσμα , πολλές δυνατότητες ΑΛΛΑ η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μόνο εξυπηρέτηση δεν είναι, τουλάχιστον όσον αφορά την κοπή laser που έχω εμπειρία . Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί στην προσφορά αναγράφουν χρόνο διεκπεραίωσης εφόσον 3 στις 4 φορές πας και περιμένεις να σου κόψουν την παραγγελία εκείνη την ώρα ή ακόμα χειροτέρα πας ακόμα και τρεις φορές γιατί όλο κάτι έτυχε στην παραγωγή..ακόμα και αν έχει προηγηθεί τηλεφωνική βεβαίωση ότι θα είναι έτοιμη..Πέντε μέρες δεν φτάνουν για ολοκλήρωση αλλά δυο ώρες φτάνουν μόλις ζητήσεις επιστροφή της 100 % προπληρωμής, γιατί ; Δεν έχουν καταλάβει ακόμη ότι ο χρόνος του επαγγελματία είναι πολύτιμος ; Δυστυχώς αρνητική η πρώτη κριτική αλλά όταν καταχράται η ευγένεια και προσβάλλεται η νοημοσύνη σου επανειλημμένα δεν παίρνει άλλη αναβολή. Η ΄΄εξυπηρέτηση΄΄ θέλει πολύ δουλειά ακόμα..
Modern machines, excellent result, many possibilities BUT customer service is not just service, at least in terms of laser cutting that I have experience. I can not understand why in the offer they indicate processing time if you go 3 to 4 times and wait for your order to be cut at that time or even worse you go even three times because everything happened in the production..even if there has been a telephone confirmation that will be ready..Five days are not enough for completion but two hours are enough when you request a refund of 100% prepayment, why? Have not yet realized that professional time is valuable? Unfortunately, the first criticism is negative, but when politeness is abused and your intelligence is repeatedly offended, it does not get another postponement. ΄΄Service΄΄ still needs a lot of work ..
