★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμιά ενημέρωση για τις τουριστικές βίζες που ακυρώθηκαν όταν η Ρωσία έκλεισε τα σύνορα. Απαράδεκτο ότι δεν υπάρχει ενημέρωση ούτε στην ιστοσελίδα.
Έχω ξεκινήσει διαδικασία αμφισβήτησης συναλλαγής, το ίδιο συνιστώ και σε άλλους παθόντες.
 No information on tourist visas that were canceled when Russia closed its borders. It is unacceptable that there is no information on the website either.
I have started a transaction dispute process, I recommend the same to other sufferers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απαράδεκτοι και κλέφτες! Ακύρωσαν τις βίζες για ρωσία από Ελλάδα λόγω Covid-19 χωρίς να μας επιστρέψουν τα λεφτά της βίζας!!!! Και έκτοτε κρύβονται δεν απαντούν στα τηλέφωνα και δεν έχουν δώσει καμία επίσημη ανακοίνωση για το αν θα επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα.
Εβγαλα βίζα για ρωσία για το διάστημα 26.3.2020 έως 31.3.2020!
Τα λεφτά που μου χρωστούν ειναι γυρω στα 90 ευρώ!!!
They are unacceptable and thieves! They canceled the visas for Russia from Greece due to Covid-19 without returning the visa money to us !!!! And since then they have been hiding, not answering the phones and have not made any official announcement about whether they will return the money.
I got a visa for Russia for the period 26.3.2020 to 31.3.2020!
The money they owe me is around 90 euros !!!
