A	Antonia - Maria Knithaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ονομάζομαι Μαρία Κνιθάκη και διατηρώ το φαρμακείο Μαρία Κνιθάκη & ΣΙΑ ΟΕ, στα Χανιά της Κρήτης. Το φαρμακείο μας λειτουργεί από το 1986 στο κέντρο της πόλης και έχει εξειδίκευση στα ορθοπεδικά υποδήματα & είδη. Στα 36 έτη που διατηρούμε το φαρμακείο μας έχουμε αντιμετωπίσει πολλάκις περιστατικά με πελάτες, οι οποίοι μας επιστρέφουν προιόντα ισχυριζόμενοι ότι είναι ελαττωματικά. Σαν επαγγελματίες στον χώρο έχουμε την τεχνογνωσία να αναγνωρίσουμε πότε ένα προιόν είναι ελαττωματικό και πότε έχει γίνει κακή χρήση του προιόντος. Επίσης στα 36 αυτά έτη η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των εταιριών που συνεργαζόμαστε, όταν επικοινωνούμε μαζί τους για κάποιο ελαττωματικό προιόν, καταρχάς αποδέχονται την βεβαίωση μας ότι το προιόν είναι ελαττωματικό, αλλά ακόμα και αν έχουν κάποια αμφιβολία ζητάνε να εξετάσουν από κοντά το προιόν ή τουλάχιστον να δουν φωτογραφίες με email. Έπειτα προχωράμε σε αντικατάσταση προιόντος ή επιστροφή χρημάτων στον πελάτη μας. Με την εταιρία Vican Αναγνωστάκης είχαμε μία άριστη συνεργασία στο πέρασμα των ετών. Στις 26/07/2021 παραγγείλαμε κάλτσες κάτω γόνατος Fashion διαβαθμισμένης συμπίεσης με λιανική τιμή 65 ευρώ. Η πελάτισσα ήρθε στις 28/09/2021 με τις κάλτσες ανά χείρας, και οι δύο με ξηλωμένες ραφές στα ίδια ακριβώς σημεία, όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες. Οι κάλτσες κατά τα άλλα είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση και φαίνονται να έχει γίνει ελάχιστη χρήση τους. Η πελάτισσα ισχυρίζεται ότι ξήλωσαν μετά από μία εβδομάδα χρήσης, και καθυστέρησε να τις φέρει σε εμάς. Στις 29/09/2021 καλέσαμε την εταιρία Vican Αναγνωστάκης και σε επικοινωνία , εκθέσαμε το ζήτημα μας. Μετά από εκτεταμένη συζήτηση η τελική τους απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν δέχονται ότι το προιόν είναι ελαττωματικό, ούτε καν δέχτηκαν να τους στείλουμε φωτογραφίες με email. Ισχυρίζονται ότι εμπίπτει στην κατηγορία των εσωρούχων και επομένως η ζημιά οφείλεται σε κακή χρήση του προιόντος. Βεβαίως η κάθε εταιρία έχει τη δική της πολιτική όσο αφορά τέτοια ζητήματα. Σαν φαρμακοποιός έχω όμως το δικαίωμα να βρίσκω αυτή την πολιτική απαράδεκτη. My name is Maria Knithaki and I maintain the pharmacy Maria Knithaki & SIA OE, in Chania, Crete. Our pharmacy has been operating since 1986 in the city center and specializes in orthopedic shoes & items. In the 36 years that we have maintained our pharmacy, we have encountered many cases with customers, who return products to us claiming that they are defective. As professionals in the field we have the know-how to recognize when a product is defective and when the product has been misused. Also in these 36 years the vast majority of the companies we work with, when we contact them for a defective product, first accept our confirmation that the product is defective, but even if they have any doubts they ask to examine the product closely or at least to see photos by email. Then we proceed to product replacement or refund to our customer. We had an excellent collaboration with Vican Anagnostakis over the years. On 07/26/2021 we ordered Fashion knee-high compression stockings with a retail price of 65 euros. The client came on 28/09/2021 with the socks in each hand, both with removed seams in the exact same places, as shown in the photos. The socks are otherwise in excellent condition and seem to have been used sparingly. The client claims that they were taken down after a week of use, and she was late in bringing them to us. On 09/29/2021 we called the company Vican Anagnostakis and in communication, we reported our issue. After an extensive discussion their final answer was that they do not accept that the product is defective, nor did they even accept that we send them photos by email. They claim that it falls into the category of underwear and therefore the damage is due to misuse of the product. Of course each company has its own policy regarding such issues. As a pharmacist, however, I have the right to find this policy unacceptable.
