★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed by the very poor communication with the team from this Hotel. After booking one room for 10 nights and received the confirmation, I have sent an extension requested for two more nights. The Victoria Residence Team haven‘t replied back. I contacted them via Whatsapp to check and after seeing my message they have blocked me instead of just answering back!
I totally don’t recommend to book rooms here!
