Mykonos Little Venice: Little Venice is one of the most romantic places in the whole island of Mykonos. Many Quite amazing are the sunset views from Little Venice. Its whitewashed edifices against the backdrop of the azure blue Aegean Sea is simply marvelous. My favorite thing was taking a drink and enjoying the sunset here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite photogenic both during the day and the night. Quite a bit long stretch of water body. Gets crowded due to the restaurants in the evening. Also it could get chilly due to the winds. But the sunset and the moon views are stellar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I hate such comparisons and giving nicknames of some famous world city or landmark.
This part of Mykonos town has several houses hanging above the sea and that's the only similarity to Venice. Moreover the houses are sea facing, not on canals, there are no bridges nor gondolas or even boats.
But, that probably sounded like a good marketing idea to promote this, undoubtedly picturesque part of Mykonos town, so you will find here the most expensive bars and restaurants facing the sea, as well likewise shops and galleries on the opposite inland side.
You can admire this beautiful view for free from the benches at a small beach nearby or from the windmills with your purchased drink from any kiosk around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because it is not comparable to Venice, I wish I could say I was lying but I'm not. That is not to say it was not a quaint little area. The walk way takes right between the houses and the water. The restaurants that were once house have tables to sit and enjoy the view or cushions on the rocks to sit and sip local wine or beer feeling the spray of the clear blue water on face.
