★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view from the restaurant, nice pool and Jaccuzzi, the food is tasty, the familial staff is welcoming and kind. The surroundings are nice and if you want to enjoy Aegli bay would recommend to rent a vehicle, (2 km, steep road).
We were disappointed not to enjoy the view from our room although the reservation mentioned it (avoid room 11), we felt it was overpriced. Some rooms and suites were recently renovated and look fantastic.
Lots of hiking departures with great sights around the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly reception. Nice pool is an extra (little cold though). Clean renovated rooms (furniture not yet but doesn't matter). Nice views and right at Tholaria village. Very good restaurant, all home made, traditional Greek cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was decent. The pool was big and not crowded which was nice. The terrace was also nice. The hotel is well located is you're looking to go on hikes. The interior of the hotel was a bit old fashion. I would say overall the place was clean and practical. Nothing overly fancy. The service was good and staff friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing hotel for several reasons - the comfy beds, wonderful views and friendly staff. The restaurant looks over the port of Aegiali and nearby mountain villages. It is an unspoilt Greek island and the Hotel Vigla is an ideal base from which to explore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vigla is a charming hotel. The rooms are very nice, the pool area is beautiful, and benefits from a small bar to get drinks during the day. The team is really nice, always happy to give recommendations for places to explore on Amorgos.
Breakfast is fairly simple, but what is served is mostly homemade and excellent!
