Very quiet place surrounded by olive trees.
Great atmosphere especially during the night with great views of Marmaras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice house in a large garden of olive trees. Clean rooms, the ones on the first floor has a great sea view. if you have a car and want to drive to different spots of penninsula this house can be a good choice to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best view, the kindest owner ?, perfect breakfast, perfect rooms, everything is perfectly clean. The price is absolutly fair and worth it. Stores-Restaurants-Beach is maximum 15 min away. So if you looking for a really good place in Neos Marmaras, you should choose this. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay here. Peaceful with great views. A nice walk down to town with a tougher walk back up as mentioned. The hillside views made any walking worthwhile. The owner was really helpful and attentive. It was a little more money than some of our stays but was a little nicer too so felt it was fair value for money.
· Not a dislike for us just a warning it's a steep walk back up the hill. For me I was pleased to work off a little wine and food but it may be a tough climb if your a bit older or a little less mobile.

The premises are of unique design, at the foot of the mountain which guarantees a nice breeze in the nights and saving the best for last…the hosts! Amazing people, that take hospitality to the next level. A stay a few years ago, resulted in a beautiful friendship. When we come back it feels like home. Do yourselves a favor and try this place!
