Apartment accommodation with kitchen and bathroom. Accommodation prices are correct. Clean. The owners are kind pensioners, Greek returning from work in Germany.

I primarily recommend it to young people who come to sleep over and do not care about the conditions in the apartment. The location is good, next to the Mamos cafe. There is 50 m to the beach but by air, although Oktopod did not emphasize that, you have to get out of the street and next to Mamos to the right to the beach, which is more than 200m. When I come to the sea, I don't need pots, but I do have a coffee pot, but the apartment doesn't have that. The bathroom is extremely small, the furniture is dilapidated and the entire villa is neglected and ruined, no investment has been made in it for years. The main trouble is the ants, which walk everywhere, regardless of the attempt to keep the apartment clean during their stay. The biggest advantage of the apartment next to the location, in apartment 2 is a huge terrace, the size of the apartment and which improves the overall impression. In essence, the weather and the sea are wonderful, so the apartment fails to spoil our summer vacation. But considering the price and quality of the apartment, the relationship is very unequal. We opted for this one, thinking we would get better quality if we paid more. In general, the Octopus agency is very unprofessional and that is the general impression of all passengers in this shift. If they offer you this apartment for "little money", accept otherwise you are looking for something less attractive because you will be disappointed.

Terrible condition despite the great location. Hygiene is at the lowest possible level, the air conditioning does not work, and according to the mother-in-law of the owner, the pool is only for private use. Aesthetically, the villa deserves a grade of 1, hygienic, a grade of -5. I would not recommend it to anyone, let alone families with small children. Bypass the wide harbor, as well as Oktoporld travel, which recommended it as ideal for families. Horror!
