Great location, kind hosts, all praise

Friendly hosts are all close to the beach shopping places, the only complaint is the apartment is a little smaller

A decent villa, it's clean, it's okay. Everything is too close, gyros, bakery, ice cream, market ... The villa is in the yard of shops that are up the street, so do not leave the yard for ice cream.

The villa is excellent but of course there are disadvantages. We were 10 days in September apartment for 4 people we paid 700e which is not small for that period. The villa is a very well decorated apartment number 2 is a big disadvantage is that it does not have a window in the bathroom when 4 people shower it will be very stuffy after. Everything was clean when we arrived and later on the fifth day they changed our bedding, so how is it in Greece they bring the bedding you replace yourself. The villa is in a good location very close to the beach and all the happenings in the center. Bosses, of course, they don't speak english, we had a problem one day with a toilet bowl that was abandoned one morning at a time, and we were very adhered to the rules of not throwing paper in the toilet because we have been flying to Greece for years and we know that it has to be respected everywhere very soon it was fixed because we contacted the agency (Astra) and they solved the problem while we were on the beach but it was very embarrassing to get up and not in the toilet. We also saw an earlier post about cockroaches in apartment # 1. We only saw one cockroach in the yard thank goodness none in the apartment. The pool is very small, we really didn't expect the kids bigger, but it could be cleaner, but for morning coffee and kicking, it's okay. I definitely recommend the villa if you are not too demanding that everything is 100% perfect as the location is excellent and very nice, new and clean villa.

As for Villa Avla, this is how things stand because we are just staying in it (wife, child 5 years, baby 8 months and myself) in apartment no.1 which is the largest of them 4! It looks nice, everything is new in it, air conditioning works, there is a small pool, the apartment has everything from dishes, garden in front, close to everything from market, grocery store, beach 100m, etc. ... Now, this way, in our apartment no. .1 has BUBAŠVAB and it invades !!! Apartment number 2 in one room does not have a window, and in addition there is no window or any ventilation in the bathroom !!! You can imagine how it is when you shower or go to the toilet, and the bathroom is at the end of the apartment and everything goes directly to the bathroom from the bathroom !!!! Clean the apartment itself, in front of the terrace, linens and towels are changed once during your stay, and you change the linens that you leave in front of the door. Ужас !!! And in the season these apartments go with a price of up to 840 € !!! I'm wondering just about what so much money? !!! It's not worth the money.
